The finish in the kitchen and part of the dining has unacceptable issues. This has been a problem since day one. There is dark staining coming through the wood on the seams. The finish is uneven and the floor stains when anything touches it. It just seems like the floor has no protection at all. The rest of the house does not have this issue. We have sent Mike pictures, asked him to come... which he has done... but 2.5 years later he has done nothing to resolve the problem. We have called and called. In our last conversation, we told him his behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional 2.5 years was too long to wait! He told me "We are too far out of the way and inconvenient...that I would just have to wait a little longer. Funny, he didn't feel that when he took the job. Sadly, he has mistaken our kindness and patience for weakness. Therefore, we are left with little choice but to let future customers know that this business DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK and begin a social media campaign to get this word out.
