And a bonus, I was so nervous about having someone clean up my work spaces when my desk is covered in very specific but unlabelled piles (thanks ADHD), but I've had no issues working with Trezelle. She keeps my house clean which frees up my overburdened mental space and keeps me from getting sick (from living in filth). I'm a huge fan and highly recommend Trezelle and her company, Eco Onyx.

She is flexible, adaptable, kind, and very focused on the customer experience / satisfaction. Trezelle made me feel better about my house not being spotless and perfectly organized when she arrived, saying everyone is busy so no one should feel bad about outsourcing cleaning, and shared her house isn't perfect all the time either. The Eco Onyx pricing structure is very reasonable since she is very thorough and brings her own eco-friendly cleaning products. She truly went above and beyond. She also made me feel safe having someone in my house during the Covid-19 pandemic as she brought her own mask and socially distanced. Trezelle remembered that I had glass shower doors and hard water, and brought tools the second time specially to address the hard water stains / soap buildup on the glass. I recommend Eco Onyx to feel comfortable in your home.

I did clean up before they came but I noticed a lot of little things they cleaned that I just glance over. I am giving five stars because I feel it was great for my money. They absolutely did not touch anything else. They sent another person (1 person) for a re-clean and asked me to do a final walk thru at the end. In the walk thru I noticed items on the checklist provided to me before the cleaning, were not completed, such as: cleaning the doors, appliances and cabinets. I would also not expect 1 person to be able to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms house with a basement in one hour and a half. The cleaners did not have the tools needed to complete the cleaning either (as mentioned on the checklist). I am extremely disappointed in the service.
