Onyx Clean is an absolute gem! I contacted Trezelle to clean my disgustingly dirty apartment at move-out. I chose Onyx Clean because I was so impressed by the before and after pictures posted here on Yelp. I related to some of the worst befores and felt a glimmer of hope that Onyx would be up to the impossible task of getting my apartment in move-out shape. After talking with Trezelle first to see if she really would be willing to clean something so covered in dirt, grime, and mold, I booked my deep cleaning midweek, and, four days later, she and her crew were working in my place! Booking is as simple as possible, with an online form where you select what needs to be done per cleaning (i.e. refrigerator, oven, extra clutter), and a handy calculator breaks down the costs. I can't say enough about Trezelle. She's friendly, accommodating, understanding.. She's so wonderfully positive and never made me feel bad about the condition I left the apartment in. Her work ethic is outstanding. She didn't leave my apartment until she was satisfied with its condition. And she wasn't the only one who was satisfied. My bathroom was practically gleaming! She dealt with persistent black mold in the bathroom and a new case of carpet mold in the bedroom wonderfully. The kitchen looked brand new, like it had never been used before! She replaced the musty, moldy smell that permeated my entire apartment with something I wouldn't mind smelling all the time! Her crew was as professional, efficient, and positive as she was, and I am relieved that cleanliness will not be an issue when I do my final walk-through. I cannot recommend Onyx Clean highly enough. They were a lifesaver for me after months of anxiety about my dirty apartment. If you need someone who can really whip your place into shape, Onyx Clean can do it. I'm very happy with Onyx Clean. Trezelle has been coming into my home for weekly cleanings for a little while now and I very much look forward to her visits. Not only does she do a good job, but she is very good at noticing and taking care of little issues that I never noticed. I just started part time work and can't keep on top of that, the kids and my house and having someone come in makes me week much less stressful. I was so impressed with Trezelle and her service. My daughter moved into a house close to RPI that was absolutely disgusting. I do not think the previous students ever cleaned. EVER. In 4 years. I called Trezelle who brought her brother to help as it is a family business. She and her team are very conscientious and after 4 hours the house was livable. The floors are spotless, inside cabinets are cleaned, dust gone, windows washed. She and her brother are professional, kind and thorough. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Onyx Clean did a great job! Trezelle and Esther showed up with only a day of notice to clean a home we just bought before we moved in to make sure it was completely clear of dirt before bringing our belongings to our new home. It was quite a job with three floors to clean, but they worked efficiently and thoroughly including cleaning the windows and refrigerator, and dusting all over from baseboards to shelves. The pricing is really reasonable and you know exactly what it will cost because of their great online quote system. I wish I could even tell you how amazing Trezelle is, but words do no justice. She originally quoted me much less than others, and felt she could do in 1 visit what others said would take several. I had little faith. I was wrong. She is kind and non judgemental, she is encouraging and supportive and manages to make my house not just clean but peaceful.
