MADE in the USA! The sales associate/design consultant I had was Paras Hilstro who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She answered all of my questions that day and later in several emails. I was allowed to borrow 10 fabric samples to take home which helped me make a decision. I was able to place my order by phone which was very good. My furniture was arrived at Bassett two weeks ahead of the projected date. It was delivered 6 days before Thanksgiving which was perfect since I was hosting for the holiday. The delivery was flawless from competence of delivery men to setting up the furniture. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture for quality and value. In addition, I highly recommend Design Consultant Paras Hilstro for her excellent service including knowledge of this furniture line.

Upon entry we were immediately greeted by the worker sitting behind the desk. We said our pleasantries and the fun immediately began. The shop had a nice selection of items, from men's/women's/kids clothing nick nacks to dresses for a night out. Prices ranged from $5 through $35. There was a few items that I was so tempted to buy but had to decline at the last minute. My coworker purchased several items... a few of which was brand spanking new. She was totally excited. The check out process was quick and simple. When I return, I will be the one doing the shopping. I cannot wait!

I'm so glad we caught this behind the booths on River St during the Farmer's Market. I really wanted to walk out with like 4 of their pieces but exercised some self- restraint and only purchased one. All of the pieces in the store have been hand picked and reclaimed or custom built by Sarah and her husband and she noted that all the cushions they sell were made by her mom- and they are super cute! The decor in the store itself is very appealing and all of the pieces are uniquely updated. We inquired about shipping and they're not doing that at this time but it would be a huge bonus if they did. Their prices for small decorative pieces are pretty reasonable. I can't really comment on the larger pieces since that wasn't my focus. According to their website they even won FleaMarket Flip on HGTV and it's not hard to see why! Congratulations!

I appreciated the unsolicited advice about the little oriental. I wasn't aware of the moth damage, the end that could be rewoven to extend the life of the carpet, and the edge binding that would be easy to replace/repair. I also was told the approximate cost of a new version in this size and quality which helps me judge the value of my item. So far it's been a good business relationship.

And she snaps, 'is that a no?' Well jeez lady, go ahead and work with your supplier on the phone...I just won't disturb you and try to buy anything next time.....Other than rude customer service, I'd say the place was an interesting little hole in the wall place. In the front room there is a beautiful selection of children's books and high quality gifts. The middle room seemed to be mainly seasonal decor and kitchen type items, from towels to aprons (I think they were aprons, I didn't have time to really go through them all.) The back room had a gorgeous selection of shawls, calendars, artwork, etc. I recommend stopping in, not only for herbs/tea, but to take a look at their selection of country-chic gifts as well!

I brought my item to Certified Framing & Gallery and they put in new glass, repositioned/centered the lithograph, they appeared to have polished/cleaned the frame and put on a new backing with new wire and hardware to hang. They had it done within 3 days for around $40.00 Looks GREAT and I couldn't be happier. True professionals!

However, the matting and the glass in cheap frames leaves a lot to be desired. I brought everything here, and we worked out a deal where they would custom cut replacement matting, UV protection glass, and then attached the pictures to the matting. When we picked them up, we just had to reinstall everything in the frames we already had (which they confirmed we pretty good quality frames). We are very pleased with the results.

Emily came into my kitchen, that needed much help, and was able to see it as a blank slate of design opportunity. She was completely up to the task and excited to have it as a clean slate. I was blown away by the renderings and was not expecting that gut reaction. We have had our kitchen now for 3 years and it designed SO amazing that I still feel amazing to be in the space. The entire design was not only beautiful but highly functional. I would not change a single drawer or cabinet. Some people are lucky enough to do as a profession what they have gifts in, Emily is one of them. I can't wait to work with her again.
