My contractor recommended another stonemason, but I did not like the offers he had. I was then told to go to MSI in Brentwood pick out a slab and go to Meta Stone. Here is where DAN comes in. He had me come in and inspect the slabs that I had picked out. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the slabs that I was given before he started to cut my counter. I asked about sealing the granite. He assured me that I didn't need a professional to do it. It doesn't make sense you can do it yourself he said, trust me! And he was right. I loved the workmanship and the courteous service, not to mention a great price. So glad I found Meta Stone to do my counters. They were installed March of 2024. Unfortunately, my experience after installation was extremely disappointing. When the installers entered my home, they did not put down drop cloths, paper, or any other protection for my newly refinished wood floors. They used a rolling dolly to bring in a large piece of stone, and after they left, I discovered a large, deep gash in the floor. I immediately brought the damage to Jennifer's attention. Rather than working with me toward a resolution, she insisted that her workers were not responsible. When I followed up to ask how we could make the situation right, I received no response. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service after the problem was reported. Even a small gesture of good faith, such as $100 toward the cost of repairing the damage, would have shown that they valued my business and were willing to address my concern. Unfortunately, based on both the damage and how the situation was handled afterward, I would not use this company again or recommend them to others.

He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service. Overall, their prices are pretty decent, too. I highly recommend them. And I hope I remember their names so I can go back and edit this.

What a difference a week and mason makes…read more We're in the process of finalizing our backyard, and it's time to select the pavers. After visiting another locale two weeks ago, we came here this past Saturday. What a difference. We were greeted, by Alex, immediately upon coming in. We explained what we were looking to do, he then came out with us and showed us the many options outside, as well as some recommendations and ideas for both the floor tile, and wall tile. His enthusiasm for what he does was also evident. Answered all of our questions, and provided additional feedback we hadn't considered. We walked away knowing more about our project than we did when we came in. Alex didn't just point us outside. Further, when my wife went back in to grab a catalog, he used her name. This is the sort of thing you want to see from a business. Unfortunately, not enough of them bother. I've been told by our contractor that their prices are competitive, but this is not the reason for this review. This is a business that "gets it". We found our mason supplier, one more thing to check off the box. If you're looking for pavers, this is your place.

They do not answer, and will NOT work with you once they have your money. I know there is a cost to fabrication but I was able to get the pieces I wanter fabricated from a remnant at another stone place (Meta stone - amazing!!) for ONE THIRD the price that this place wanted to charge me for using remnants from the stone I already paid for!! This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install.
