After ordering my windows in April I was given a time scale to allow for them to be delivered. At the end of this period of time I still had not heard from the company and contacted them myself (the first of many times chasing them up) to be told the windows would be in that week to which I replied what happens next? The man on the phone said I could book an appointment there and then for fitting which I did for the following Saturday. I did not hear anything from the company before this, not even knowing a time when the men were coming to fit my windows. The shop is closed on a Saturday for phone calls so I contacted the ceo of the company as he was the only contact that I had. Not long after this phone call I received a call from the manager of the company screaming down the phone at me for contacting his boss, clearly embarrassed that he had been caught out for being unprofessional and not carrying his job role out effectively. Anyway, I accepted his apology for the way he had spoken to me, as everyone has their days and the men came to fit my windows at around 11 that Saturday. The windows were done however they did leave damage to my wall and failed to remove the rubbish from my property. I daren't contact the previous man about this as I was anxious about how he would respond to me after previous calls. I just accepted this and moved on. sun trades payment policy is to pay 50% before and 50% after. I paid the first 50% but did not hear from the company about the second 50% so left it to hear from him. It is now august and I have only just heard from the company. The same rude man text me about making payment so I politely said about the rubbish and damage to my property to which he replied just as rudely as the first time! I am so shocked that a company manager can have so little social skills and lack of ability to be polite to a customer! I have been so anxious about his attitude I haven't wanted to deal with this company. I contacted the CEO again and am waiting to make payment with another member of staff from the company, here's to hoping he's not so rude! I will not be using this company ever again!!

The price quote was competitive, however the sales consultant was absolutely lovely and professional from start to finish, not pushy, provided required information to aid our decision making. On day of install, installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a stunning job. My partner and I, are very satisfied. The windows look great, and have dramatically changed the look of our home. We were also impressed by the Supervisor who came to check that the installation was progressing as planned half way through, Totally recommend, service and quality of windows is excellent. I needed to purchase a set of bifold doors for my new rear extension. I contacted David Wright at…read moreHeritage Installations Ltd as well as Surrey Double Glazing Ltd. Near the end of October 2013, he quoted me for the bi-fold doors, and stated that delivery would be around 3-4 weeks. I paid a deposit of £1,000, as requested. The rear extension was available for the first survey on 3rd December, but he only made it onsite on 11th December. The doors should have been ordered from the manufacturer at this time, but with Christmas they wouldn't be ready until first week of January. January 2014 came, and I tried many times to contact David, very unsuccessfully. Finally, I made contact and was told the doors would be available the week after. Again after many failed attempts to contact David, he replied saying the doors would now be available the week after. On 10 January 2014, David confirmed a date that the bi-fold doors would be delivered on Tuesday 21 January 2014. However this did not happen. A considerable amount of time had now passed since the original booking; 7 1/2 weeks since the onsite survey and ordering of the bi-fold doors. During this time the building work had been forced to completely stop, because the contractors were unable to proceed any further until the bi-fold doors were installed. This cost me in delays. Thankfully, the doors were finally installed at the end of January 2014. The doors have now settled into their position do not lock properly. I've tried contacting David to resolve this problem, and no response whatsoever. I've tried phone and email. Very poor service. The main reason for this review was because our dealings quickly became untenable due to his constant lack of response to my emails and telephone calls. I would not use or recommend this company.

Starting in January 2012 I telephoned David several times to ask him to complete the work and eventually resorted to a Letter Before Action to which he did not respond. I resorted to engaging a solicitor which resulted in Mr Wright being taken to court and a county court judgement against him to repay what I had paid to him to do the work. He did not make any payment and did not complete the work. I would discourage anyone from considering using him. He is unprofessional, dishonest and according to other reviews online, he has a reputation for poor work and not completing jobs
