We were disappointed, but after a few weeks, the vehicle was really growing on us and so we asked Omar for some more info on the Jeep. He was very prompt and replied quickly, even with the whole coronavirus pandemic going on. We started thinking how it would be possible to get the vehicle from VA to CA, and got several quotes from 3rd party shipping companies. While we were still thinking about the vehicle (and being unsure about buying sight unseen) Omar was able to set me up with a "virtual test-drive". I have never experienced a test drive via video chat, so I hooked up with my local mechanic and Beyali facetime'd us for the test drive. Omar was fantastic, but Beyali knocked it out of the park. He did a full and thorough walk-around of the Jeep, answered all of our questions and even climbed under the vehicle to give us a better look at the undercarriage. He was very polite and patient with us, and was very descriptive of how the vehicle felt while driving. We were able to see how it handled, how the engine sounded at idle & while driving, and were able to even hear how it shifted. Very impressive. After getting the green light from my mechanic, my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and purchase our new adventure-mobile. While the shipping quote from Caspian was initially higher than the 3rd party companies I had previously spoke to, they were able to match the pricing for me (I felt safer going with their shipping since they have worked with these drivers before and I wouldn't be gambling on the quality) which was fantastic. Beyali then worked with my wife regarding all the paperwork and steps to have the purchase finalized. Again, he was very quick to respond and whenever we called with questions, he was always polite, patient, and very helpful. Once the purchase was complete, he even called me to give me updates on when the vehicle was being picked up and gave an accurate timeline of when we could expect delivery of the Jeep. He was even kind enough to give me the cell number of the driver so I could be in constant contact and get progress reports on the delivery it's self. They even delivered it right to our front door (well the entrance of our complex because the semi truck couldn't fit down our narrow street) and it was unloaded and I had the keys in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Also a huge shout out to the full tank of gas they provided as well. Very cool. The vehicle is in immaculate condition, with no surprises what so ever. This was surprisingly the easiest car buying experience we've had, and it was with a vehicle we bought from the other side of the country... holy crap. I HIGHLY recommend Caspian Auto Motors. I especially want to recommend Beyali & Omar. Thank you guys for the awesome service and my amazing new Jeep. Keep it up!

Thinking like always debit cards are cash because the money comes directly out of your bank account. Not the case, Neighbor Mart charge credit\debit cards the same amount per gallon. I explained to the cashier and the manager that is misleading because debit cards are the same as cash. The manager explained that he still gets a bank charge on debit transactions so he only honors "green dollars" as cash.
