Mind you, he didn't even change the sticker because, again, it doesn't expire yet. I went back to get my money back because that's not what I needed, and the DMV couldn't sell me the emissions tag. Guess what: the guy treated me like a liar and said he did, in fact, change the sticker and that I asked for the wrong inspection. When I asked to speak with a manager, he clapped his hands and said, "You women only come here to argue." He threatened not to inspect the car and started yelling at me. The supervisor came, and after saying I was the one who was confused, he saw in his system that he was not truthful. After all of that, there was no apology no, I'm sorry for the confusion, nothing. The manager said, "I will give you the $20; it won't make you richer or poorer." I told him that it was about honesty and integrity. There's nothing wrong with acknowledging when someone messed up; it was a horrible experience. I would never go back.

If it's a Sunoco taken over by a "no name" company Sunoco needs to QUICKLY remove their name from this establishment! It is dirty inside and out! The bathrooms are atrocious! The bathroom on the right is labeled Women and although it appears to be moderately clean at first glance it smells like a dirty urinal in an abandoned building with no water, oh yes and that's the cleaner bathroom; the other bathroom on the left is a unisex bathroom which should've had crime scene tape draped across it! There was blood, urine and water all over it! In an attempt to sooth the nauseated feeling I experienced by the women's bathroom I picked up a small package of 'Tic-tacs with a hefty $1.89 price tag and a bottle of Cranberry juice with a $3.99 tag on it! With those prices I was waiting for the kind little lady behind the counter to say "this is a stick-up" and the crime scene had already been prepared! I quickly paid for the juice and retreated to my car to warn fellow yelpers! One last note: There were two men behind the counter talking to each other as the line grew longer and the king little lady smiled and waited on the customers!
