From the beginning, Rei set the tone by reviewing my project thoroughly, being upfront about costs, and even asking follow-up questions to make sure his team could deliver the work at the highest standard. That professionalism was my first green flag. Mark handled the work on my car and went above and beyond my request. I asked for before-and-after photos to help me track carbon buildup for future maintenance, and not only did he deliver, he provided even more detail than expected. The results spoke for themselves: No more idling during cold starts, City MPG improved from 24-26 to 30-32, when I first bought the car off the showroom floor I was so impressed with the quality and transparency that I immediately scheduled additional maintenance and performance upgrades. It's worth noting that I drive from Libertyville to Palatine--often during rush hour--because the service, professionalism, and results at R&M Performance are far beyond anything else I've experienced.
