This location consists of 3 islands, with the first two having 3 pumps and the far right island having 2: meaning 16 nozzles can be dispensing at the same time. The POS process was exactly the same as in other locations: tap your Costco credit card which does double duty of validating your membership and authorizing your credit card. You choose your grade (only two choices of either 87 or 93 octane), pump. 3.66 a gallon. Didn't need to stop inside the warehouse store itself, so we were quickly on our way.

I like having a garbage can so I can empty out my daughter's stuff while I fill up. The staff is attentive and I see them help others with the gas, receipts, etc. time and time again. Sometimes patrons drive crazily around the pumps, but that is not to any fault of the facility. I appreciate having affordable gas so close!

On each of our shopping visits, employees have generally failed to greet or acknowledge us, even when we approach them for assistance. When we do ask for help, their responses often come across as curt, dismissive, and as though helping a customer is an inconvenience. For a company that takes pride in being employee-owned, this is particularly disappointing. One would hope that employee ownership would foster a greater sense of pride, engagement, and commitment to the customer experience, along with a shared interest in the store's success. Woodman's has a great concept and offers shoppers a lot of potential value. However, the lack of warmth and welcoming customer service creates an uninviting atmosphere that detracts from the overall shopping experience. BP is only a few blocks away from Woodfield Mall and had a free air pump. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who needed to add air to my tires as I had to wait for two cars for my turn, and when I left there was another car using the pump. BP has a small store with a variety of items for purchase. Both the friendly, cheerful employees directed me to the tire pressure gauges. Thank God they had one on their shelves! It came with two tire valve caps which I ended up needing one when my frozen hands dropped my car's cap somewhere in the slushy inches of snow.

I was immediately told in a very aggressive tone that lottery is closed. I can use the machine. Trust me, I would have preferred to use the machine, but the ticket I wanted was behind the register. I then asked why scratch-off lottery was closed and he yelled that they close at 9? Still prompting for an explanation, as I knew that you could purchase and redeem lottery scratch-off tickets, until 2am, he simply screamed that it was closed and to get out. (askinglot.com). At this point I began to videotape because I was that upset. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and he said, get out, you can come back in the morning. I asked if I could give him/her a call and he refused. In the meantime, my sister wanted to check out an item she won through your current Fuel Runner promotion. He did finally check her out but was not happy about it. In fact, he mentioned under his breath that you only come in here to get everything free! Yes, we do come in because this is the only location near us, to redeem our promotion earnings, but if they did not want to honor these, they should not be a Circle K Franchise. This is simply unacceptable as nobody should be treated this way, especially as a customer. To make matters worse, I stopped back in this evening 4/28 at 8:30 p.m. to purchase the scratch-off tickets. It can honestly make my day (or night). Anyway, this Walmart gas station had the best price in town today. I snagged gas for $3.77, which feels unheard of these past couple of months. What really stood out though was how tech-friendly the pumps are. You can connect your card through Walmart Pay and never even take your wallet out. While you're pumping, there's this little animation of a car filling up--it's oddly entertaining. And when you're done, your receipt is sent straight to your Walmart account. No paper, no hassle. While you're waiting, there's also an LCD screen showing store deals... which of course tempts you to go inside for a little shopping. I don't mind though--it's a nice one-stop stop, and the kids get to walk around a bit after dinner while we fuel up. We've found going in the evening is the best time--way less chaotic than during the day. Tip: If you have Walmart+, you'll save an extra 5¢ per gallon.
