Example: If regular gas is $2.609 per gallon, the pump will register $2.55 automatically after I swiped the BP rewards card and punched the button as instructed. I complained twice already at the 1215 Lee st BP station cashier but they always tell me that it will be reflected the next time I will gas up. But its not true , because when I check my account online, it was already redeemed at the time I redeemed the $0.05 and it has been used up. Looks like I've been scammed several times before too. Nope, the next time I gas up with them, I dont get any 5 cents/ gallon back. I've noticed this already several times and just trusted the system. But now, I need to report this since it doesn't happen in other BP stations and the one on Lee st. is being dishonest. The problem is that they are extremely rude and not helpful to customers if you want to get either the 10 cent per gallon cash discount or credit when they had a loyalty program. We were just in this morning, and my wife went to pay with cash. She said she would give him $60 but it would probably be $55, and would come back to get change. He gave her a look, so she said "Is that a problem?" His response: "Yes, it makes me work twice." Seriously? He wasn't doing anything, anyway! It's not worth saving the extra money on gas to get cash pricing, and their credit is roughly the same as a few other nearby stations. Nope, not coming back! One star for service, 2nd star ONLY because the cash price is less if you want to put up with the BS and crappy attitude. :-(

We got here on Wednesday, December 6th around 4:45am. Prices per gallon that day were $2.559 regular, $2.929 plus, and $3.549 premium. It was a rental, so of course we filled up with regular. 13.737 gallons ended up costing $35.15. Not bad as we we had an SUV and did a fair amount of driving during our trip. Convenient gas station if you are returning a rental car at O'Hare.
