We stayed at Secrets Resort, Maroma beach and we were spoiled every minute of the trip. The food was amazing, we loved the 24/7 room service, the drinks kept flowing, and the service from all of the staff was first class. The hotel really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us during our stay. I am so grateful that Ashley helped us find something in our budget, that she answered my last minute texts so quickly the day we were heading to the airport for departure. I also like that the shuttle from and to the airport in Cancun was arranged as a part of our package so we weren't scrambling to figure that part out. The shuttle company that we used also had some great deals on excursions and we did one and it was a blast! Booking with Ashley is the way to go!

We wanted a romantic get away for myself & my husband, in the midst of a family gathering w/o intruding on the family plans. All on a shoe string budget. She helped me plan my trip & set it to a perfect payment plan that let us include every single thing that we wanted to do. For once, it wasn't embarrassing or uncomfortable discussing payment arrangements & trip insurance just to be safe. Sure enough, we had to cancel. Ashley was just as helpful & gracious when cancelling our trip as she had been over the few weeks it took to plan, organize & set up a payment plan. We will be using her for our next family trip.

One star rating on this particular day. Oh yah, I remember this day…read more Here we go... My car went Ka-flooey on the freeway and I needed to rent a car pronto. My auto dealership no longer provides rental cars due to some taking advantage of that service by trashing and total'ing the cars. Gee, thanks Hyundai customers. So here we are getting back to the car rental place they referred. Ok, getting a car and picking it up was a breeze. It helps to have all your info in order and an established relationship with this shop. Or so I thought. Ok, so since my car issues were covered by warranty so was my car rental fees. Love Hyundai's warranty. So that means I had to return the rental car since the dealership got my car fixed right away. So I'm on the freeway about 15minutes away from their shop and I know I'm cutting it close so I decide to call them to give them a heads up. The guy who answered was like, "Well we close at 5." Me: "I know this, that's why I'm calling. I drove over an hour to get here and I'm getting off the exit right now and I'm basically right around the corner." You know what he asks me? This guy says, "Ok well can you pull over and read me the card info?" Me all dumbfounded and shocked. "Well if you want me to pull over and do all that, you might as well wait me for so it would be easier to just swipe my card." Duh, right? He acquiesced. So since the auto dealership is going to pay for everything, I'm going to get a credit. I have to cover the taxes and some fees, but the dealership will cover the daily rental fee. This guy, not the manager, seemed all pushed out of shape. On a Tuesday? Really? I got my credit, but I was not happy on the inital suggesstion that I pull over off the freeway to give him my card info over the phone. Not concerned at all for my safety, all about money, money, and let's speed this up so I can end my shift type of vibe. I think this guy's customer service skills needs a refreshing and ya'll need to do better for a paying customer with excellent pay history. I'm just saying. See you some more on Yelp 2026, but at this place...I don't know, I just don't know. Time to share....Go.

Incomparable, truly want anyone to know #1 this is not a safe pace to stay #2 it's unclean, messy and gross. Upon arrival the sight of all the older then 20+years mobile homes, older trailers and campers with disheveled materials everywhere was scary. Then as we pulled into our reserved spot . A police car drove in & stopped & walked right up too my husband to ask "did you see a women breaking into that trailer?" (3 spots to our left). My husband said no and asked "is this a save place?" The Officer said "not really & I wouldn't stay here!" He gave my husband some names of nearby RV Parks in the area & it didn't take us too long to pull up our jacks, bring in our rooms and head to a KOA. It was like seeing hell and arriving in paradise! Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
