Highly recommended! I reserved a limo to take my family to dinner in Fresno. I received a call from Paul that when the driver was en route, there was an issue with the limo and that he had met the driver and swapped out the limo with a Sprinter van and that the driver might be running a little late. The driver showed up on time, and we made our dinner reservation with no problem. I was extremely appreciative of how Paul was proactive in handling a potential issue with the car (i.e., breakdown). My daughter just got married at The Inn at Two Moons in Oakhurst, CA. We had a 56 seat shuttle scheduled with another company and had to cancel the contract (within the required time frame but since they will not return our deposit will be considering legal action). The road to this venue is a very, rugged steep narrow mountain road. We were told by the venue that a 56 seat bus was too large and couldn't make it up the road hence we cancelled while we could. Absolute comfort came to the rescue. Paul, their office and scheduling contact was great. He had two 24 seat and one 14 seat shuttle available at a very reasonable rate. In addition, Absolute Comfort had provided shuttle service to this venue and knew the road. The venue has very limited rudimentary housing facilities so most people stay in Oakhurst, Ca about 9.7 miles away. We thought if would be a really bad idea to have 50+ attendees have to drive up the road and absolutely terrible to have them try to drive back after several hours in the dark No problem with Absolute Comfort. They were on time picking people up and very flexible when a few people had to leave early. The shuttles were very modern comfortable and everyone had a great time on the way there and back. Shaun, Greg, and Amanda; the drivers, were wonderful. They stayed at the venue the whole time and were available if we needed anything. Highest recommendations!!! read more

Absolute Comfort is probably THE MOST affordable limousine/party bus company in the valley. Trust me, I checked everywhere. I spent my 24th birthday on a 24 passenger bus. I had 21 people including myself, and we had room to sit, move and party. Company provides cups, ice, water, etc. Bus was extremely clean. Did not smell like alcohol/cigarettes. Driver Carmen was so kind and understanding. She was extremely friendly and responsive. We had to make an extra quick stop, and she was more than willing to take us. Absolute Comfort Limo is pure class. I rented a 35 passenger party bus for my 30th birthday this past Saturday to take a bunch of friends wine tasting in Madera. They were very competitive with price and always emailed back promptly with answers to my questions. The bus was extremely nice, only a year old, with awesome tvs and a sound system we plugged in to, and overall very well taken care of. Our bus driver, Frank, was an incredibly wonderful guy all around. He was dressed professionally, on-time for pick up (early actually), very accommodating and even offered to take pictures for us all day. When the bus AC wasn't working very well he did some troubleshooting and even called the owner to see if we could get another bus sent over to switch out for our last stop. It was going to be a while so we declined and just endured the heat. Frank was so genuinely apologetic, and for the trouble he let us have the bus longer than we originally booked so we could stay at the last winery longer. It was still an amazing day. On top of Frank's amazing service, what gets this company 5 stars is the amazing follow up I encountered the following Monday. The owner, Paul, called me that morning before I even had a chance to call him to let him know about the issue. He continuously thanked me for my business, apologized for the AC and even explained to me what happened and that he already had it in the shop. He compensated us with a great discount that I was able to pass along to my guests. I'm extremely impressed with the follow up and desire to ensure his customers are satisfied.
