We've had incredible experiences working with Absolute Comfort on two occasions now - one for an evening shuttle service for a work event and another for a multi-day work trip. From the initial contact, Paul is consistently quick to respond with thorough information and makes it so easy to secure their services. It's evident he takes pride in his company, employees, and their services while keeping costs reasonable and competitive. Amanda, our driver for our multi-day trip, was incredible: she's professional while being warm and inviting, and was able to build a great rapport with the group. We will definitely continue to book Absolute Comfort when we need shuttle service. read more

Highly recommended! I reserved a limo to take my family to dinner in Fresno. I received a call from Paul that when the driver was en route, there was an issue with the limo and that he had met the driver and swapped out the limo with a Sprinter van and that the driver might be running a little late. The driver showed up on time, and we made our dinner reservation with no problem. I was extremely appreciative of how Paul was proactive in handling a potential issue with the car (i.e., breakdown). I will definitely be using their services in the future and highly recommend ACL! read more

Great customer service, on time, driver was great, comfortable. Definitely a great experience.

I booked a limo to celebrate my friend's 85 birthday! The service was great...on time, courteous and helpful. I will rent again!

My daughter just got married at The Inn at Two Moons in Oakhurst, CA. We had a 56 seat shuttle scheduled with another company and had to cancel the contract (within the required time frame but since they will not return our deposit will be considering legal action). The road to this venue is a very, rugged steep narrow mountain road. We were told by the venue that a 56 seat bus was too large and couldn't make it up the road hence we cancelled while we could. Absolute comfort came to the rescue. Paul, their office and scheduling contact was great. He had two 24 seat and one 14 seat shuttle available at a very reasonable rate. In addition, Absolute Comfort had provided shuttle service to this venue and knew the road. The venue has very limited rudimentary housing facilities so most people stay in Oakhurst, Ca about 9.7 miles away. We thought if would be a really bad idea to have 50+ attendees have to drive up the road and absolutely terrible to have them try to drive back after several hours in the dark No problem with Absolute Comfort. They were on time picking people up and very flexible when a few people had to leave early. The shuttles were very modern comfortable and everyone had a great time on the way there and back. Shaun, Greg, and Amanda; the drivers, were wonderful. They stayed at the venue the whole time and were available if we needed anything. Highest recommendations!!! read more

Absolute Comfort was Amazing!! We celebrated my birthday, and they were spot on. They arrived 30 min early and was prepared with sodas, waters, cups, and a bottle of champagne. We made a quick stop at a Winery and then drove around for the last 2 hours! Amanda was our driver and she was amazing, absolutely the best!! Definitely getting them again for all our events! read more

Very punctual. Took my lady out for Valentine's Day . I Had a reservation set at a restaurant and absolute comfort showed up right at the contracted time. They are about their business! Will definitely return for future occasions. Definitely enjoyed the champagne provided. No cons that I'm aware of. Probably a confirmation call the day of? But it wasn't a problem for me. Definitely recommend to anyone. read more

Paul with Absolute Comfort Limousine is fantastic. When we arrived to find that Enterprise employees had left their office early, this leaving us without a rental car, I was left with no options as all the locations closed. Paul, so wonderfully, was willing to come and pick us up and take us to our hotel. This is amazing. When no one else was willing to go out of their way, it was Paul who stepped in and helped! Absolute Comfort is probably THE MOST affordable limousine/party bus company in the valley. Trust me, I checked everywhere. I spent my 24th birthday on a 24 passenger bus. I had 21 people including myself, and we had room to sit, move and party. Company provides cups, ice, water, etc. Bus was extremely clean. Did not smell like alcohol/cigarettes. Driver Carmen was so kind and understanding. She was extremely friendly and responsive. We had to make an extra quick stop, and she was more than willing to take us. I can't imagine being a sober driver hauling 21 drunks. She's amazing for that. Party bus took us to Tachi Palace & then to 5th Quarter. Company exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful time. Thank you Absolute Comfort. I'll be recommending your company to others. read more

What a phenomenal crew of professionals! Absolute comfort took care of the shuttles for our wedding in Three Rivers, which involves lots of small hilly windy roads. Absolute Comfort Limousine is always our go-to for transportation services and has never disappointed! Their customer service is exceptional. We have rented a party bus twice for a Dodger game and a brand new Escalade limo for a bachelorette party. All three times the drivers were so kind and outgoing, the vehicles are new and always clean, and the driver always got us there safe and on time. Booking the vehicle was simple and owners are fast to respond to email. We hooked up our own music through Bluetooth and had a blast! Thank you ACL and we can't wait for the next event!!! read more

We had an absolute blast! It was a very nice ride down even with the weather as bad as it was! The driver stayed on coarse & we made it there in excellent time. All I can say is "What happens on the Party Bus stays on the Bus" not to say that we aren't all adults. It was an amazing trip something I'd like to look into getting a bus on a special occasion for myself. "When I win the lottery!!" Pictures have been posted! I give them a full set of 5 stars.. It was amazing!! I could go on & on about this experience. read more

First and foremost I'd like to say thank you! You made my daughter's prom night amazing! The driver was absolutely kind, and very welcoming. She treated my daughter and all her friends with much respect. Not once did I feel rushed by her or annoyed because she did have quite a few loud and happy teenagers ready for prom. Thank you again! I will most definitely be using your services in the future. I definitely recommend this company to anybody looking to rent a limousine. Price in my opinion was the best in town hands down. Again, thank you from a very happy mom! read more

I was able to book a driver for our daugheters group quickly and efficiently. The vehicle was clean in the inside and outside. The driver was polite, professionaly and sent text messages to me updating me on dropoffs and pickups. Of course she asked me for permission to do this first. A truly exceptional experience for me as a parent and my daughter and her guests. read more

Absolute Comfort Limo is pure class. I rented a 35 passenger party bus for my 30th birthday this past Saturday to take a bunch of friends wine tasting in Madera. They were very competitive with price and always emailed back promptly with answers to my questions. The bus was extremely nice, only a year old, with awesome tvs and a sound system we plugged in to, and overall very well taken care of. Our bus driver, Frank, was an incredibly wonderful guy all around. He was dressed professionally, on-time for pick up (early actually), very accommodating and even offered to take pictures for us all day. When the bus AC wasn't working very well he did some troubleshooting and even called the owner to see if we could get another bus sent over to switch out for our last stop. It was going to be a while so we declined and just endured the heat. Frank was so genuinely apologetic, and for the trouble he let us have the bus longer than we originally booked so we could stay at the last winery longer. It was still an amazing day. On top of Frank's amazing service, what gets this company 5 stars is the amazing follow up I encountered the following Monday. The owner, Paul, called me that morning before I even had a chance to call him to let him know about the issue. He continuously thanked me for my business, apologized for the AC and even explained to me what happened and that he already had it in the shop. He compensated us with a great discount that I was able to pass along to my guests. I'm extremely impressed with the follow up and desire to ensure his customers are satisfied. This could have been a disaster but Paul instead has won a customer for life with how he handled the AC issue. Thanks for a such great experience!! read more
