We had a group of 11 and used the Mercedes Sprinter limo for a round trip down to the cruise terminal in Long Beach. Marshall is a class act guy and was extremely attentive to bar refill stops, restroom breaks, anything really. He wanted to make sure we had a great time and everything went smoothly. No issues with timeliness or anything. We will use Black Tie without hesitation again. Limo featured WiFi, big flat screen tv, full stereo and you could stream anything from your phone right to the TV. Not to mention the bar of course too! read more

I really cannot give enough compliments about Marshall and Black Tie Limos. I will 100% be referring everyone to Black Tie Limos. And if i typed out every little awesome detail this review would be even longer than it is. I called initially just to get pricing for a Bachelorette party, we wanted to be picked up from dinner and driven around to some bars in the Fresno/Clovis area. After calling around it was obvious that 1. He has the best pricing in town 2. Absolutely the best customer service. Marshall went above and beyond. Our bus of 12 girls felt extremely safe and catered to. At the end of the night tipsy girls were hungry of course so before dropping us off Marshall went out of his way to stop at Taco Bell. Funny enough, the bus didn't fit in the drive through so he parked on the other side of it while i got out to talk the manager into serving us. Marshall stood at the door of the bus to watch that I was okay while keeping an eye out for the hooligans partying in the sprinter, and waited patiently for our $70 worth of taco bell to be ready then took us all home safe and sound. THANK YOU MARSHALL. Our night would not have been as great as it was without Black Tie Limos. **Also he is a trooper about taking group pictures and while staying professional is still really down to earth** read more

I am now a loyal customer of The Black Tie Limos! Marshall was amazing, our bus ride to and from our concert was everything we wanted it to be! We rented a sprinter bus/ 10 passenger. He had, ice and cups set up in our bus for our drinks, music connection ready, air conditioning. He waited for us at our event the whole time and we even went about 15 min over our time frame and he did not charge me extra! The prices for this company were probably the best I've seen around Tulare county. I will definitely be using The Black Tie Limo in the future for other events! read more

Marshall at Black Tie Limos stepped up and helped out with a last minute reservation for a close family members wedding. I highly recommend them for any event. Cannot say enough good about Marshall and the Black Tie Limos! From the moment I spoke to him to request quotes until the final drop-off of our trip, Marshall felt like that cool Uncle you don't see often, but also look forward to seeing at any given time. Funny, respectful, kind, accommodating are just a few of the words that come to mind to describe him. I called around different companies as I was planning a fun wine tasting trip for 4 to Paso Robles, and Marshall gave me hands down the best offer. But honestly, I probably would have gone with him no matter what. He was just so easy to talk to, and you could immediately sense that all he wanted to do was make sure my party and I had a spectacular time. And we did!! Our scheduled pick up time was 9:30am, and he texted me the morning of that he'd be arriving with another driver, Manuel, around 9:15am to load the vehicle with anything we wanted to take on board. (I think Manuel may be a new hire so Marshall was training him, but both guys were terrific!) Much to our delighted surprise, they already had water and sodas on ice for us, and we were welcome to bring whatever food and drinks we wanted! Although there were only 4 of us, they picked us up in a huge Mercedes Sprinter that could have easily and comfortably fit 8-10 people! It's complete with a stereo system and TV connected to WiFi and Bluetooth so you can stream video and play music at once! Throughout the trip, Marshall and Manuel made sure we were taken care of and on time to all of our destinations. When you're wine tasting all day, it's easy to lose track of time, and they were awesome about approaching us when it was near time to leave without intruding on the fun. Thank you, Marshall and Manuel, for your outstanding service! You will be our first and only call for any of our driving needs! read more

Wow! Never had this kind of service before! Marshall was very professional and understanding. He transported the bridal party on one of the few rainy Saturdays we had this year. He was timely, helpful and the "party bus" we used was very efficient, elegant and clean. He was great to work with, and I plan on using him again. We left something in the vehicle, and he promptly let me know and arranged for dropping it off the next day. Can't say enough good things. read more
