This provider has all the bells and whistles of a top notch dental office. However, all that equipment must be paid for and you are going to pay for it. Also, if you overpay them you can't get your money back. I have been waiting months for my refund. they failed to tell me I was overpaid by hundreds of dollars. The reason they gave me is they were going to use it on future bills. why would I want them to hold on to my money. They also took my payment on treatment when I had a credit on my account. They use less than ethical bookkeeping practices. watch your account and question any services recommended and a second opinion could save you hundreds of dollars. read more

Wow, I was impressed with Dr. Gibbons and his great staff before, but the Marana Sky Dental dream team continues to surpass all expectations: Superstar hygienist Mary spent extra time with me during my routine cleaning explaining the benefits of their laser technology to help reduce harmful bacteria in gum tissue. This was way better than college microbiology class with live, full-screen color images of good bacteria versus bad bacteria. I have been going here for my dental needs over the last year. The staff is professional and personable. I've been getting my teeth cleaned and they do an exceptionally good job, and I actually look forward to my visits. I have special needs due to a couple medical conditions, and they are always very accommodating which means a lot to me. I recently had an emergency situation and they fit me in right away and fixed my 15 year old crown, better than it was previously. They are also very reasonably priced. The staff has excellent customer service and the dentist is very good as well making the effort to reach out to you after your appointment to see how things went. I never had a dentist text me back about my experience. I went to Marana Sky Dental for a cleaning as a new patient Dec 2021. Dr Moeller while looking at my teeth in a routine exam told me my one dental implant in back of my mouth was loose (it did not feel loose to me and was fine for 5 years). He had me come back in to tighten the implant. He had a difficult time getting the implant out, then the puts in a new screw and makes a comment that he will "do the next guy a solid" by putting on the tooth in an easier way (no additional cement which they admitted later). The charge after insurance was $588. Well 5 months later the implant falls out of my mouth. When going back to the dentist he could not fix it, he said I have to pay to go see a periodontist to take off the abutment and he had to make me a new cap, plus I needed to locate the original dentist and find out the manufacturer of the original implant. I was very upset. The periodontist they referred me to could not even see me for 3 months and then would take months to get the new tooth. I called the office to see if they could recommend another periodontist, the next thing I get a phone call from Dr Gibbons the dental office owner telling me I yelled 3 of his employees ( not true I never even spoke to 3 people and being upset is not yelling), just called the office once to get another periodontist and once to tell them I faxed the implant manufacturer from dentist go 6 years ago. He told me to find another dentist. Clearly they were incompetent in this procedure and ruined my implant and they knew it. Buyer beware with this office. They lost 2 clients because we will not be back. read more

Kate (hygienist) and Dr Gibbons really contribute to my trust and comfort whenever I must have dental work or routine dental care. I was diagnosed with Melanoma a couple years ago (left upper arm). As a result, I must have an oral exam to rule out melanoma in my mouth every six months (and at my Opthalmologist). He was so kind, gentle, patient, and just a caring MD. I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist, but he made me so relaxed for my ROOT CANAL that I will go back to him over and over again.
