My cousin's wife passed away, and while I couldn't attend the out-of-town funeral in Minnesota, I wanted to send my sympathy and support for my cousin. Simon transcribed my condolence message onto the card. The flower arrangement was breathtaking! The delivery was coordinated seamlessly, and the flowers arrived on time. I was notified every step of the way. The flower stock was fresh--no junky filler or stale, tired flowers. Floral arrangements on Spruce's site demonstrate a level of artistry that is unsurpassed. That kind of creativity cannot be duplicated; that is artistic vision unique to Simon. If you need a florist in the Minneapolis area, choose this one. ~Tim

The flowers were perfect for my family. Great service overall--I would definitely order again!

Lots of beautiful fall colors and unique accents, and definitely something worth of brightening someone's day :) Great communication throughout - they sent a picture of the bouquet once it was arranged, confirmed as soon as it was delivered, and promptly followed up when I had a question about the delivery. Highly recommend for people in the area, and will continue to use as my go to choice whenever I want to send a special something to my friends in the area!

I ordered via Teleflora a funeral bouquet -standard. Heavenly Heights Bouquet. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.

I called again and she offered to take my order over the phone. I said no, I'll try again. Third attempt failed so I decided to order from another company. I checked my email later only to discover she had charged me, and I tried to call, and the calls went straight to VM, I sent an email twice asking her to cancel the order and refund what she charged me. Not only did she charge me but also sent me a fake email of delivery of the flowers. I had confirmed that no flowers were delivered by this company. I tried to call them back and kept getting sent straight to voice mail, never heard back from her. I had to cancel my card with my bank and have a new card made as this person has all my info now. I have filed fraud reports with the registrar of the website, as well as where the IP address was pointing to, plus the BBB and also filed a consumer fraud report with the MN Police Department. My husband happened to go to MN a couple days later to visit his ailing parents and decided to go to the shop. The shop was locked up and completely empty. A man came up to my husband and asked if he could help him. Turns out the man is the maintenance man for the building. My husband stated he is trying to get ahold of the owner of the flower shop, turns out it's been shut down for 6 to 12 months and business is no longer active, and the man also stated the owner of the building has had to change the locks a couple of times as someone was trying to get in. I would not do business with this company period.
