The flowers themselves were nice, but the size and overall value didn't match what I expected for $100. This ended up being the last time I was able to send my grandma flowers before she passed. I reached out and the only resolution they offered was 15% off a future order. Given the situation, that didn't feel like a meaningful resolution. Spend more money in the future to be disappointed again. I gave them a chance to make it right, but unfortunately they didn't.
