She steps into her reception room, expecting to see her vision come to life, but instead, her eyes fill with tears of disappointment. The flowers, which were supposed to be deep purples and burgundy to create a moody accent, are instead a mix of peach, pink, and fuchsia. The wedding coordinator and the mother of the bride spent a significant portion of the photo session trying to rework the centerpieces to better match her vision, but there's only so much they can do. They end up pulling out flowers, discarding them, and replacing them with white roses purchased from a grocery store. As a result, the mother of the bride misses most of the photo session. After sending a complaint to the florist the following Monday, an apology is received, but the damage is already done, and there's no way to undo it.

Would not recommend ordering flowers for delivery from this business. I selected a specific bouquet…read moreof flowers from their website that was purple because the recipient whose birthday it was loves the color amethyst. I even indicated this in the additional information section. Tell me why the flowers delivered were not purple, they were pink, blue, and some shades of purple. I get the intent but don't advertise a bouquet called Purple Passion and not deliver a purple bouquet of flowers. Also the delivery person didn't verify she was around and just dropped the flowers off on the front porch, it's winter mind you, and so some of the flowers were wilted upon receipt. I expect far better quality from a local business, I even reached out to their customer service and they never responded. Terrible customer service, abysmal flowers, why waste your time. I'll stick with 1800 flowers next time, they at least respond to inquiries and rectify the situation.

I suspect the initial issue of no foam or support was an oversight, perhaps by an new employee? Regardless, the fact that Martha's called and fixed the issue is honorable. . 1st review: We received this bereavement floral arrangement from a friend through Martha's. It was delivered to us direct from the florist. The arrangement essentially fell apart when we lifted it out of the delivery box. The stems were cut short and put in a low profile ceramic container with nothing to support them. No floral foam or mesh to keep them in place or in the container. These photos were taken less than 2 days after delivery and after removing the worst/wilted flowers. It actually made me more sad that my friends paid for this, so I would NEVER want to mention it to them. So that's the rub. You buy flowers for someone else sight unseen, and the recipient in most cases would never share if the flowers weren't as the buyer intended.

I ordered via Teleflora a funeral bouquet -standard. Heavenly Heights Bouquet. The website listed and showed a photo with at least 3 gladioli, 6 hot pink carnations, pink alstroemeria, pink asters and green huckleberry. The actual arrangement that showed up contained 1 gladioli and 6 red carnations with a few ferns. Dried out and not anything like the photo for this bouquet. This bouquet was not even worth half the price listed on the website. I complained to Teleflora and receive 21.00 off which basically covered the delivery fee. Very disappointed with this product and as mentioned flowers were dried out and not anything like the photo online.
