My entire family now sees him and thinks very highly of him. I had the normal teeth issues- cavities, root canals and crowns and from day one he was truly kind and caring. Very sensitive to if you are in any pain and what is most comfortable for you. Genuine man. He will give you the options for what is available to you and for your problem. the pros and cons and a rough price estimate and most importantly not rush you to make any decision in the moment. I personally had to have quit a bit of work done and he was patient with me and made me very comfortable just taking care of one thing at a time. Another bit of information- My brother was the same, not keen on going to the dentist, had horrible horrible pain and finally he looked like a chipmunk- his infections were SOOO BAD- he made an appointment to see Dr. Scarsellone and never looked back...It was actually scary for awhile because his infection was so bad, he had to go to the hospital for IV antibiotics for a week 3 times a day because regular pills would not help. His gum line was swollen over his actual teeth...but put into the hands of Dr. Scarsellone he was taken care of patiently. Dr. Scarsellone took it one step at a time and made sure he got better and his teeth back under control. My brother now raves about him!!! Most people ask how the dental hygienists are...Again not my favourite thing to do- but I do go and they are very good as well. Sharon has been super to me. The receptionist is wicked- will help you make sure your work and appointments are spaced out correctly so that you can maximize your benefits. I can't say enough about the staff in this office and especially Dr. Scarsellone. Way to go Terrace Heights Dental.

I have seen two ENT's and both have said it is the braces and potentially lifelong of chronic pain is ahead of me. Callingwood just brushed me off and made me believe it was something else going on. You go through thoughts of cancer, nerve damage and whatever else research may lead you to believe. Diduch didn't care, as long as money was coming in. I Wish I could go back in time and get these two years of my life back (and my future) and never ever went to this place. It appears someone else has wrote a similar experience which is just awful. This place is a chop shop. Each time I vist I see someone different who knows little about me. I can't see how this translates to proper care. They have messed up adjustments too often where it causes immense pain and messed up teeth where I must book additional time off and return early to get it fixed. Two months ago they screwed up a tooth and pushed it way back... I was in excruciating pain and they couldn't get me in for over two weeks to fix it. Now my top front teeth went crooked and I can't get in to have it fixed until next week. I'd shop for an orthodontist carefully and not go somewhere that is careless and may cause TMJ and other issues with your jaw.

I had a root canal done at this office, and it was handled so poorly that it caused years of…read moreongoing health issues. After the procedure, I kept going back because something clearly wasn't right. Instead of addressing the problem, they repeatedly prescribed antibiotics and insisted nothing was wrong. Over time, I saw multiple dentists trying to get answers, but no one wanted to take responsibility or properly investigate. (created a ton of fear) I was essentially passed from one office to another with no resolution. Nearly nine years later, I finally found a dentist who took my concerns seriously and referred me to an endodontist. The specialist confirmed that the original root canal had failed they missed a canal. It had been overfilled, which caused a pocket in my jaw that repeatedly became infected. For years, I was dealing with chronic infections, with my mouth flaring up every month or so, and no one acknowledging the real cause. The dentist who performed the procedure claimed to be a specialist, but based on the outcome, the quality of work was unacceptable. This wasn't just a minor issue--it led to long-term damage and significant health complications. I've dealt with chronic inflammation, recurring infections, and even hospital visits due to blood infections that were never properly traced back to the source at the time. I paid for professional care and trusted this office, and after 4 hours in a chair and thousands later in return, I was left dealing with the consequences of a failed procedure that no one would take responsibility for. It took nearly a decade to finally get a clear diagnosis and validation of what I had been experiencing the entire time.(keep in mind I couldn't live on antibiotics either so no medication to heal it or prevent infection or I'd end up immune to them if I did) I would strongly caution others to seek second opinions and ensure they are getting proper care, because my experience here resulted in years of unnecessary pain and avoidable health issues. Also fun fact for anybody getting work done anywhere, did you know your body suffering with constant inflammation and infection, like from failed dental work, ya it could cause blood sugar issues.... The more you know.
