The breakfast sandwich was HUGE and had thick cut bacon, fresh avocado, and was made to order. The donut was sweet and savory and the iced coffee was refreshing! I saw that they have coffee flights and a large array of lunch items as well. They even have an area with dog items (homemade donut treats, clothes, toys) and their patio is dog friendly! All in all, I will be a repeat customer and am so happy that I tried out this gem today!

I love this place, a true authentic Mexican restaurant with decor, delicious food and friendly…read morestaff. Affordable as well, they do take reservations or walk ins. Drinks: they do have Mexican pop, a beer selection, and margaritas. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the margarita tasted like there was too much mix in it and no alcohol. It didn't taste homemade but bottled. I added another shot of tequila to it, and it was a little better. Appetizers: they serve you chips and salsa which was so great. The chips were very light and crunchy and the salsa was to die for, definitely some of my favorite. We got the bean dip with a side of flour tortillas and it was incredible, drooling right now. They mix cheese into the beans and serve it to you piping hot. I got a chicken ranchero enchilada (strongly recommend) and a chicken burrito with their white cheese sauce (drooool) and a side of rice. 5/5 through and through. It is so hard to find a good authentic Mexican meal anywhere and Casa Ramirez kills it.

The restaurant could definitely use some modern updating, as well as some deep cleaning. It isn't necessarily the cleanest looking place (stains on the carpets, walls, etc.), but it's not awful. The service is okay, really not the best. I don't really come here a lot because there aren't many good healthy options on the menu. I have tried different items here before, but really wasn't amused with anything besides the pancakes, which is the one thing that Perkins does a phenomenal job with. Some of the cookies from the front bakery counter are good too. Overall, this is a good breakfast spot or hang out spot late at night when not much else is open.
