It has been 3 years since my last review of this station and things have changed. GO Transit…read moreintroduced two short trains that start at Maple station, which helps quite a bit. It feels luxurious because you can always find a seat. However, they're only available at 7:19am and 7:49am. This station is much busier than it used to be in the past. Parking is full by 7:30am. GO Transit has also introduced reserved parking spots for close to $100/mo. There are still plenty of free parking spots available, but GO will keep adding reserved spots as more people request them. The number of free parking spots will only diminish. Illegal parking in the parking lot is not worth it, as I hear that tickets are close to the same price as a reserved parking spot. Parking in residential areas is also not recommended due to bylaws. From what I hear from a co-worker who takes the train from Maple station, the Maple parking lot is almost all reserved parking. The station has free wifi now. They always show CP24 news on the TV, which is a great distraction while waiting for the train to arrive. I also enjoy the humor of the customer service reps on the train. "Tracks are for trains. If you're not a train, you shouldn't be on the track." "Thank you for choo-choo-choosing GO."

But, the train is reliable and there is only one stop from here to Union Station. It's also clean and has nice seats. During non-peak hours, it changes to coach bus service. Takes ~45 minutes to here from Union compared to ~30 minutes by train. You can buy your tickets here from a teller during peak times or anytime from the machine.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY…read more They also operate under the name Coach Bus Charter Toronto. This was by far the worst transportation / customer experience I've ever had. We hired this company for a day with multiple stops for a work industry event with 25 passengers. Our experience started badly when the manager was rude on the phone at the time of booking, and went from bad to worse when the bus broke down at the start of the day when we still had 3 more stops to make. The bus driver called his boss (the owner) who I then spoke to on the phone and he told us to get Ubers to our next location instead, which he'd pay for. Then when I called him back half an hour later to find out how they were planning on getting us a new bus for the remainder of the day (we had 2 more stops to go) the owner proceeded to GASLIGHT me, saying this was the first he was hearing about a bus breaking down. He made me explain the entire situation to him again, and then became defensive and refused to take accountability. I've never been treated so poorly by someone in a customer service role. Not only was the owner rude and disrespectful, but he seemed uninterested in helping rectify the situation. I had to keep calling back to ask about how they were planning on providing us with transportation for the rest of the day until he agreed on sending a smaller bus for the return trip. Then, believe it or not, that bus ALSO BROKE DOWN. We had to take taxis for the return trip. I wish I was making this up, but as you can see from other reviews this truly is one of the worst companies out there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All in all, it was a total waste of time and a very stressful day trying to quickly pivot to make other transportation plans for 25 people, not to mention being yelled at on the phone by someone you're paying to provide a service for you... Please note they also have a website under "Coach Bus Charter Toronto" (https://www.coachbuschartertoronto.com/). It is the same phone number and business - (416) 488-3888 - https://www.torontolimos.com/

Overall, great new cars, on time, ok cost, and good drive... so why the 3 stars only? The driver behaviour is what made is just a bit 'blah'. I called into their toll free line and they were quick to respond and take all my information to get the airport limo booked in 5 days advance. I liked how the driver came in early and waited nicely on my driveway till I was ready to leave. The car was spotless and new. I appreciate how the driver was clearly not new to driving in Canada and went at a good pace on the 401. In addition to that, it was clear that he was a very safe driver and anticipated the other driver behaviours. He was able to make polite conversation throughout the route without being too personal. That was a nice touch. When it came to paying the driver, the amount given was no issue but as I swiped my credit card, it came up with a choice of 3 tips ... 16%, 18% or 20% tips. This tip amount was definitely high and out of my company's policy so I gave him what my company allows (12% max). When I handed him back the credit card terminal, he made a face that was clearly unhappy and a dirty look. He didn't even bother to say good bye as he dropped my bag in the middle of the road instead of the sidewalk by the terminal. It was a stark contrast to the behaviour during the drive. I get that he wanted more than 12% tip... but his final behaviours definitely didn't earn it or repeat business from me. I'm going back to my other airport limo service.
