After ordering dim sum, which is typically fast and casual, we waited 45 minutes with no food. At the 30 minute mark, we politely asked for an update. Fifteen minutes later, still nothing. No explanation. Just a half-hearted apology and no sense of urgency. Instead, a random dish we didn't order was dropped off as "compliments from the kitchen." A freebie doesn't fix over an hour of being ignored. We had a hungry 5 year old with us. After a total of about 75 minutes with zero food, we told the waitress we were leaving. Her response? "Ok." That's it. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just indifference. We even left money on the table, not because anything was earned, but because we have standards, even if this place doesn't. If this is how they operate when the restaurant isn't even busy, I can't imagine how bad it gets when it is. Plenty of other places that actually value their customers.

Both myself and GrubHub tried calling the restaurant countless times but the phone line was busy the entire time and nobody would answer. Either they weren't open at all and failed to report their closure. Or they simply didn't care to do the most basic thing which is answer the phones and keep customers informed about their order status. Well, that's $56 down the drain and refunded.
