We thought the issue…read morehad to do with the back tire so we googled and found that this shop was 4 mins away from us. We inched our way there... very slowly and scared that the tire would just roll off. I called to be sure they were open just in case. When we finally arrived about 45 mins later we explained our issue to Lance. He quickly propped up the car while we remained inside and looked underneath to see what the issue was. Turns out it was something other than the tire and since we're not from the area he took the time to call another shop down the street to make sure they could take care of the repair. He sent us over there and didn't even ask for payment for taking a look at the car. Once at the mechanic shop we found out that the repair was a little more extensive than we thought. Due to the car's age we'd have to go to a Kia Dealership for parts, etc. By this time we had a ride coming to get us from Waco and didn't know what to do. I called Lance back to ask for advice. Since we're not familiar with the area I asked if he happened to know of a spot where we might be able to park the car for a few days while we figured everything out. He was so nice and patient with us and allowed us to come back to his shop and park the car there. I don't know what we would've done had we not come across someone so willing to help others in their moment of trouble. For that reason, I'd definitely recommend his shop to others!
