Vehicle on Tow Truck

The driver was great with communication and was able to drop my car off at the destination.

My front right tire burst open after I hit the curb. Called Manu at 1am and he drove an hour to get to me and replaced the tire with the spare. As I drove after the replacement, the spare lost air on a highway and I again called Manu who was at this point driving back home. He came back and tried to inflate the tire which did not work and so he took it an hours drive to a 24hr Tire service, got the Tire fixed and reinstalled it. It was 6am when I was finally able to drive back home safe. Manu's dedication to customer service was exemplary and he went beyond his call of duty to make sure the issue was fixed and I could go home safe, all the while keeping a smiling face and not showing any frustration. Highly highly recommend him to anybody in a similar situation to avail his service. He also does towing service, fuel delivery, jump start etc. please give him a call in your time of need and you won't be disappointed.

1-Star Review -- Buyer Beware Misrepresentation, Repairs,…read moreand Significant Out-of-Pocket Costs I had an extremely stressful experience purchasing a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon from Auto Buying Service. Prior to purchasing, I clearly and repeatedly stated that I did not want a used vehicle with major mechanical issues. I was assured multiple times that the vehicle was well maintained, previously owned by someone who "took great care of it," and that it only needed routine service and new tires. Within days of purchase, I took the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for Service B. Their inspection revealed multiple serious mechanical issues, including a leaking rear main seal with a repair estimate of over $8,000, along with additional issues bringing the total estimated repairs to over $15,000. Although the vehicle was sold as-is, this is not buyer's remorse -- it is misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition at the time of sale. After significant back-and-forth, the dealership agreed to cover the rear main seal repair. However, I was still required to pay $2,000 out of pocket for that repair, on top of numerous serious mechanical issues such as: * Rear main seal failure * Tie rod replacement * Steering damper issues * Rear shark fin replacement * Brakes and rotors * Alignment * Additional mechanical concerns that should not surface so soon after purchase This entire process was exhausting and emotionally draining. Communication was delayed, defensive, and lacked transparency. At no point was there proactive accountability or full disclosure prior to the sale. Buying a vehicle at this price point should come with honesty and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly recommend that potential buyers obtain an independent inspection BEFORE purchase and not rely solely on verbal assurances. This purchase turned into a financial and emotional nightmare, and I do not recommend this dealership.

In response to the many people who are trashing this dealership, I decided to go to this one…read morebecause the Kia dealership near me does not deserve my business, nor do they know how to manage their Calendars to save their lives. But that is a different animal, this Ourisman Kia dealership service center is efficient, thorough and the first time I visited this place to address a product recall for my 2022 Kia Niro EV, I was advised it would take roughly 90 minutes. Pinch me and call me Shirley, they were finished in less than an hour. While on site, I asked the Sales Department about the Kia EV 9 and they advised me they do not keep any EVs in stock on site, because they don't want to have it sitting around losing value while people don't want to buy one and they would have to have it shipped to them, so they tried to get me to check out the Telluride, as the EV 9 was based on that model. I bought the Niro EV used from a third party dealership (Carvana) and have had to bring it in for service a couple of times since I purchased it. Basic regular maintenance for an EV is typically just tire rotation but this Niro EV has had a couple of part failures that the 10-yr/100000 mile warranty does not cover (A/C unit refrigerant), so I am likely to choose Hyundai for the next vehicle I purchase, as my wife has purchased both the Ioniq 5 and 9 and we haven't had many problems that the dealership couldn't address quickly.

I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I have been a happy…read morecustomer of their service center for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Ahead of my most recent service appointment, I received an unsolicited text message offering a trade-in value above the Blue Book for my Sportage. Since my vehicle was in good condition and we were already considering an upgrade, I decided to explore it. Unfortunately, the sales process quickly became frustrating. I asked multiple times for a clear, written breakdown of the out-the-door price, but never received one. Instead, I was given vague, back-of-the-napkin math that raised serious concerns about whether fees were presented consistently and transparently. My impression was that the inflated trade-in offer may have been offset elsewhere in the deal, and the lack of clarity made it difficult to feel confident that I was being treated fairly. The overall approach also felt very high-pressure. After I initially walked away, I was contacted the next day with a revised offer that came in just slightly above the maximum price I had already stated. When I reengaged, any attempt to negotiate further was essentially shut down. I was then told signing would be quick, but I ended up waiting at the dealership for three hours and did not leave until an hour after closing. By the time the paperwork was finally ready, I was tired, frustrated, and just wanted the process to be over. I signed, in part, because I was told the documents would be sent digitally and that there was a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee. It has now been a week, and I still have not received the documents, even after requesting them again at the 36-hour mark. This was one of the most frustrating car-buying experiences I have had. I plan to continue using the service center, but I don't plan to work with the sales team again.
