I asked him to do the absolute minimum repair possible and carefully blend the clear coat into the existing finish instead of repainting the entire panel. You can go to Midas for 40-50 bucks. After telling them that price seemed a little high, they tried to influence me to bring it in anyway, which I knew would put me in a situation where I had to uncomfortably negotiate or walk out and start over. I got service done here a while back as well and they were by far the most expensive choice. I unfortunately did not want to call another tow service to remove it from the location so I got the work done there.They tried charging me a $200 diagnostic fee. They said it's an hourly rate, but the mechanic who looked at my car slipped up and said he only "diagnosed" it within 15 minutes. They refunded me the fee after I explained to them my perspective which was nice, but the overall price of the service was much higher than other mechanics I got quotes from. Perks on the customer service quality, but genuinely if you're looking for the same level of service at a lower price, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I came around 1 1/2 hours after the call and they pulled my car into the garage for service immediately. They said it would be about 30 minutes so I took a walk in the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice spring weather. I thought the man said it would be $8 for each test/inspection but no! It was $8 TOTAL and they even have a sign outside to advertise that deal too! I came back in 30 minutes and luckily I only needed an inspection so I actually only paid $3 today. Even before my car got there, they checked in with me, assured me they'd take good care of my car, and they'd call to let me know what needed to be fixed. They called me a couple hours later just to give an update that they were booked but would get to my car as soon as possible. They were completely honest from the beginning that it might be a couple of days. The very next day they called to tell me they'd figured out what was wrong, let me know it was covered, and they offered me a loaner since they'd need to order a part and it would be a few days before my car was fixed. Getting the loaner was a very easy process too. Just a couple of days later they called to give another update- it wasn't fixed but they just wanted to check in. They didn't need to do that but they did and I thought it was extremely thoughtful. I actually added my regular service since they had my car and they were very upfront about what was included and how much it would cost. When my car was ready, they called again, explained everything they did, and let me know when to pick it up. When I went to pick it up and drop off the loaner it took just a matter of minutes. Everything was the price they promised and my car was ready to go. I found it nice that they even washed it very well and cleaned it. I think the car was even more clean than when they got it! I had a very bad experience at another Hyundai service location so I really wasn't sure what to expect at this location. I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish and now I won't go anywhere else!

I called him since it was late afternoon after the local tire shops were closed. He did an excellent job and surprised me by showing me the nail I saw wasn't even the main problem, there was a second nail further into the tire that I wasn't able to easily see. He even gave me the nail as a souvenir haha. Prices are reasonable for coming to your location and being available nearly around the clock compared to the limited hours at most tire shops. I did take a little while longer than planned to come but I was at home and he was busy so it all worked out. Super nice guy and first class professional work.
