    Long Island Iced Tea!

My husband and I ate here 3 out of 5 nights we stayed at Naples Grande - yes, this place is THAT good!!! The Crispy chicken wings were so sticky and delicious! Their burgers are perfectly cooked and served on a pillowy brioche bun with hot, crispy, salty french fries on the side. The chicken stir fry is super flavorful, so is the chicken sandwich! I don't eat crab but my hubby really enjoyed the Naples Blue roll. Although expensive, the portions are HUGE! Thank goodness we had a fridge and microwave in our room because we always left with leftovers. We had the same waitress 2 nights in a row, I can't remember her name but she was excellent!! She even asked if we wanted her to take a picture of us, which was unexpected but very sweet and thoughtful! The only negative: we were disappointed that the Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings were taken off the menu because we were really looking forward to trying them!

I asked for sniffers for easier carrying Blue cheese stuffed olives were an amazing touch

This review is based upon cocktails only. Beautiful hotel bar, pleasant staff, excellent crafting of martinis. The bar is pricey to say the least, but the quality of the drinks are worth the price tag. On two separate occasions I had an espresso martini, and my fiancee had very lightly dirty grey goose martinis. Both times were perfectly executed. The bar was a bit rowdy for Monday night football, but it was the Buccaneers and we are in Florida. All in all, if you're looking for a great cocktail, you've found your spot.

    Wings and key lime tart.

Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich sandwich - combination pulled pork, melted cheese and traditional fixings.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

We arrived at 7:05 pm and were assigned only one server. By 7:40 pm, the server was still taking drink orders, so I requested the front desk to assign another server, and they did. However, what shocked us was that both servers assigned to us were new and had no idea about the menu. One of them couldn't even spell the menu items, and I had to dictate the spelling of each item. She didn't know what a flight was, and I had to explain it to her, even though it was mentioned in their bar menu. The restaurant/bar should provide proper training before hiring people. Our food order-taking was done by 8 pm. We waited for our food to arrive, only to get another surprise: the server forgot to write the table number with the food orders. So, she had to take everyone's order again at 8:05 pm. One of the ladies with us ordered a burrata salad, and it took 40 minutes to arrive because the server accidentally gave it to another party. While the food, drinks, and music were amazing, the service was horrendous. I can only say that I am never returning, nor will any of the ladies from our group.

You can sit outside but ppl smoke out there and it is summer now,... no thank you. The bartender was great and patient with newbies. It is very confusing at first and the sticky menus do not help. However at 6pm, when they give a ritual toast in bowls, we were invited to be a part, not knowing it was a paid event. This left a bitter taste to our experience, excuse the pun Drinks were all good. Between the four of us, we had 9 drinks and tried a bunch. They were all good, esp the chocolate ones and the apple on tap Mondays you get one free for every two ordered These drinks were felt very mildly, some do not feel anything. For the cost of the drinks and all the ice used, most of my party were not impressed They preferred liquor but as a non drinker, this is good for me. I preferred the bubbly on tap Kava can be bitter, I think it tastes like tea. but I like the taste though initially numbs your mouth Nice location with plenty of parking. Food would be nice but this place is very small and limited. They do have snacks you can buy. Probably not return unless I was alone. Not cheap but a fun time with friends. If there was more seating inside it would be a game changer

We chose first available and were still able to be sat outside to enjoy the views. They're known for their tableside pickles which were absolutely amazing! I thought their specialty pickle drinks menu was a cute play into this too. For dinner, my aunt and I got the Chicken & Chips which came with four tenders and a decent portion of fries. The fries were half floppy and half crispy. We asked for bbq & ranch sauce but both of our entrees came out with honey mustard. The staff member was quick to bring out the corrected sauces though. My husband got the Catch and Artichoke & Hearts of Palm Salad. The catch of the day was a chilean sea bass and he loved this dish! While the food was good quality, service was sadly lacking. There should have been two hostesses to seat people and take reservations quicker. The host also did not have an ounce of happiness to give guests. Wait staff was hustling but our table was left without water and being checked in on at times. It seems like the bar and kitchen are quite far from the patio which makes it difficult for staff to keep up. Overall, this is a great spot to enjoy good conversation over some great views. Just expect a little but of slower service when visiting.
