I pay more, but get more for my money than I've received from any "haircut" joint. I frequently have people ask me about my hair, and it's because these guys know their stuff.

Makes zero sense, the barber who could have made some extra money and help me not wait an extra 45 mins wasn't allowed to cut my hair even though he is clearly available. I'm assuming this is the owner being selfish. Don't support selfish owners who only care about how much he makes and not how much his employees make nor how long the customers have to wait.

Upon arriving at the barber shop particularly Friday. It was a busy day. I was greeted by the receptionist and walked if they accept walk ins, which they do. I really didn't wait long on my first time but my second time I had to wait one hour in half before i got into the chair. I knew waiting would be worth it because the barbers take time to actually make your hair cut look nice. No cookie cutter type of hair cut. The first time I had a male cut my hair (I forgot his name) and the second time was a female. Also (forgot her name). They are wonderful and pretty chill and not awkward at all. He'll make you into what he calls the "3-D Man: dashing, debonaire, and damn good looking!" His shaves are great, too, when the occasion warrants. Johnny has only one chair, so at times it can get busy, but the wait is always worth it. Call ahead and you'll usually be okay. Other reviews say that his hours are spotty; recently Johnny had a stroke and had to close for a few months while he recovered, but he did leave a note on the door, and honestly I'm impressed that he's still cutting hair at 80+ years of age...he's rock steady, truly a cut above the lower cost barber shops in Provo.
