Came here to get a suit jacket cleaned and everything went smoothly. I ended up parking in a nearby…read morelot, although they actually have a valet service at the back which seemed interesting. Anyway, my first experience at the venue itself was pretty straightforward - I walked in, handed my jacket to the cashier, got a ticket, and walked out. Granted, the cashier laughed at my (long) last name for quite a while, but I'm kind of used to that reaction, so whatever :) I actually didn't pick up the jacket for ~2.5 weeks because I was going on vacation, but they found it super quickly when I finally came in, so I was kind of impressed by that. The rate also seemed reasonable (although I don't do a ton of dry cleaning, so I guess it's possible my perception is slightly off). Overall, I would definitely come back here to get some suits cleaned.

The woman said it was six dollars per patch, for a total of $30, which I thought was pretty expensive, but she said to come in and she would give me a better price. I drove 10 minutes there, and we took some time to figure out the correct locations of each patch on the shirt. The owner then told me that the total price would be $28. That really wasn't much below what she told me on the phone, and I told her I just couldn't afford that. (FYI, there was a more local drycleaner who ended up doing it for $18) The Women started angrily ripping off the patches she had pinned onto the shirt. I asked her to please leave them in place, but she said, "no! These are my pins!" and told me to leave. I was so upset leaving the store. Not only would I have been overcharged, but I've never been treated so rudely in a store!

They checked the dress when dropped off and did not say anything about a stain. I picked it up 2 hours before the wedding I had and there were steam stains all over the dress.
