The owner "lost it" and didn't tell me for several weeks. Eventually she found it and did the work. Six weeks ago I dropped off a shirt for alterations. Three times I went to pick it up and each time she said it would be "ready next week." I called today and it was not done. When I tried to ask when it would be done the owner became upset and told me I was "making her feel bad." I picked up the shirt and will have the work done elsewhere. I don't think the staff are able to handle the volume of work they have and are unable to be frank with customers about when to expect it will be complete. I will no longer use their services as I am not confident the work will be completed on time. This is nerve-wracking if the items are needed for a particular event. Unfortunate as their work is excellent when it's done - but of no value when a customer can't depend on it to be ready when scheduled. They want to provide good service but should not commit to work they cannot handle.
