I recently moved to this area and used Greenpia the last several months. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I became too disappointed to continue using them. On one occasion, I gave them 1/2 a week to clean a few shirts, and they did not complete them on time. On another occasion, I had an important event and when I picked up my suit, there was fuzz on it.
The last straw was when they stained one of my dress shirts. When I went to put on the shirt the morning after I picked it up, I noticed that the red from a manufacturer tag on the shirt bled through (I never noticed such a stain before, and it was the only dry-cleaner I had taken the shirt in the last few months). After work, I brought the shirt back and asked the co-owner if there was anything that could be done about the stain. She said that they use "all natural products" and some other cleaner must have done it. She said they would try to take it out, but it may not come out. She then gave me a receipt that said she was going to charge me for trying to clean it. Since I believed they were probably responsible for it and she seemed doubtful she could get the stain out, I said it was not worth it for me to leave it there if she was going to charge me more. She then brought her husband over and prodded him by asking, "this shirt was like this when it got here, right?" And he said, "yes, I have seen it like that before." She suggested that because I had not brought that shirt there in a few weeks, it must have been some other cleaner. After I got home, I double checked the shirt. The tag Greenpia put in my shirt to track it had the red stain all over it. Since I had not taken the shirt elsewhere in the past few months and the stain was all over the tag they placed in the shirt when I first started going there, there was only one possible explanation for the stain.
