We thought we had them all repaired, but little did we know that there was more to come. After we had a winter storm dump ice and snow on the roof, the sun comes out and starts melting it. What did we find? A constant running of water from the ceiling in our master bathroom from around the door frame, ceiling exhaust fan, light fixture, etc. Unfortunately, we are concerned about asking Pyramid to "fix" this issue because of all the other problems we have had with them. Inspite of that, we called. They never answered or returned the call. We are forced to get it fixed by someone who will actually do a good job fixing Pyramid's mistakes. My advice, don't waste your money and time. Pyramid Roofing is the worst contractor i have ever encountered. Poor workmanship. Terrible customer service. Abysmal cleanup. Refuses to stand behind their work.

Our roof needed repairing but it didn't need to be replaced. The top of our roof is flat and if we…read moreget water in our house, it comes from that flat roof. The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.

Our emphasis is on providing customers with a level of service and quality installation that far surpasses the industry standard. We are one of the only roofing companies in the greater Kansas City area that offer roof installation by our own full time employees = not subcontracted crews. All roofing contractors claim to provide quality workmanship. If the other guys really want to provide "quality", why do they subcontract their installations to others? The simple answer is it saves them money, but throws quality control out the window! That is why we offer far superior installations by our own full time employees. Our services include: Roof installation; Roof repair; Roof maintenance; Roof inspections; Insurance claim expertise; Gutter installation; Gutter repair; and Gutter maintenance/cleaning. We offer the best manufacturer's warranties available and back them up with our own 8 year fully transferable guarantee.
