We couldn't be happier with our experience with Manor Lake Labradoodles -- for the second time. Our first dog from Manor Lake was truly the love of our lives. He lived a beautiful, full 16 years, and saying goodbye was incredibly hard. When we reached out to Kim and learned she had new puppies right around the time our sweet boy passed, it honestly felt like a sign. Bringing our new puppy home has been such a gift to our family. He has seamlessly fit into our lives, and we have all completely fallen in love with him. He is calm, affectionate, and so eager to learn. He has taken beautifully to a routine and schedule, is already walking so nicely on a leash, and has such a wonderful temperament. You can truly tell how thoughtfully these puppies are raised from the very beginning. Kim and Manor Lake Labradoodles consistently breed exceptional dogs. The health, temperament, and quality are unmatched. We feel so lucky to have found them years ago, and even luckier to now have our second Manor Lake dog. If you are looking for the most loving, well-adjusted, wonderful Labradoodle, I truly cannot recommend Manor Lake Labradoodles enough. They are simply the best dogs. read more

Manor Lake Australian Labradoodles is truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, it was clear how much care, knowledge, and heart go into everything they do. The staff is warm, responsive, and genuinely invested--not just in the dogs, but in the families they're joining. Every question was answered thoroughly, and you never feel rushed or dismissed. The owner is incredibly hands-on, passionate, and transparent, which instantly builds trust. You can tell this isn't just a business--it's a labor of love. The dogs are raised with so much attention, socialization, and care, and it absolutely shows. If you're looking for Australian Labradoodles from people who truly do things the right way, Manor Lake is the gold standard. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Amazing Labradoodle with a very solid temperament and a very caring personality. They were very responsive to our questions and needs.

We purchased our dog, Mac, from Manor Lake when they were still based out of Washington State near Lynden in 2015. Unfortunately Mac passed away at the age of only 7 from congestive heart failure - after two years of battling fluid buildup and all sorts of discomfort. The reason that I am leaving a one star review is that we bought Mac from Manor Lake when he was already 4-6 months old and we were told he had great genetics and a clean bill of health. Supposedly he had been selected for their breeding program but he was removed because they had too many. At least that was the story we got. But when the vet told us his heart condition was hereditary and unavoidable we began to wonder if Manor Lake knew all along that he would have the condition and that's why he was removed from breeding. Mac was perfect, such an old soul, but he had health problems fairly early on and all our emails to Manor Lake went unanswered. He always had allergies and issues with his ears. We didn't even bother contacting Manor Lake when he was diagnosed with his heart condition. So beware that this breeder may not be upfront with you, and you may have a serious amount of grief ahead of you like we did. read more

We received a very cute puppy, but the demeanor for our dog (purchased spring of 2023) was VERY different from the dog we bought ~ 10 years ago. I don't know if there is a difference in the quality of the dogs now or what has changed. Our dog from 10 years ago rarely barks, has an incredible demeanor, didn't chew on things, go through garbage, etc. We paid $3500 this time and this did not include the dog being spayed (the fee was substantially lower 10 years ago and included this). Not advocating for a dog to be spayed too soon. Further, the dog came with a dreadful ear infection that took us 2 months to remediate (and a lot of effort on our part - cleaning out twice a day, etc.) and worms that we were unaware of and that (nearly) didn't allow for us to take our much anticipated European vacation (because we could not find anyone to watch her - including kennels that have strict rules about this). We contacted Manor Lake to which they told us they would pay for medication. They challenged how we treated the ear infection and ignored subsequent e-mails requesting some sort of payment. I have two unreturned emails from Manor Lake, which I find unprofessional. We are disappointed in the poor response, lack of accountability. read more

I adopted my first dog at 8 weeks old February 2023. When I picked him up he was malnourished and I didn't see the siblings or parents I thought was odd but by this point was already invested in the puppy. Shortly after discovered he had giardia which he had came to me with. I've never had a dog with giardia before so it took me a little to recognize the signs. I brushed this off and convinced my self it was a one off and never brought it to their attention. About two years later (January 2025) I adopted his brother from the breeder directly. They said they were going to use him for breeding and have slowed down breeding so they didn't need him anymore. I met them at the airport, he smelled like he lived in a barn and like feces (like a puppy does when they poop and pee in their area), he was skin and bones (you could feel his hip bones and obviously his ribs), he acted like he was neglected. I noticed that night that he had an ear infection, I could SMELL it! I took him to the vet right away where he was diagnosed with a DOUBLE ear infection and he scored a 3/10 on his wellness exam due to him being underweight, he was super itchy which we later discovered was because he was covered in fleas and had tape worms. His teeth were also in very bad condition, not to mention especially for a 2 year old. The vet also had me confirm with them about some vaccines which Kim confirmed he was due for (IE I was provided a dog past due on vaccines which I would have let go if he didn't have the several other issues we're dealing with. To summarize, the second dog came to me under weight, a double ear infection, fleas, tapeworms, teeth that needed to be cleaned (and just overall clearly not well cared for). All of this can be confirmed by a vet professional. This is extremely disappointing. I've had many animals and never once experienced anything like this. My heart has been so sad thinking about what kind of live these dogs live and the things they endure. I've texted Kim and told her I needed to be reimbursed for his vaccines, ear infection and costs related to fleas. She never denied anything but asked for records which I have emailed. I sent an email with all the documentation, timeline etc and of course no response even after following up. I have spent about 3k to get this dogs health back to where it needs to be after spending $4,500 just to get him. I have tried to do the right thing but of course they are not responding. People should be warned about this breeder. They don't seem to truly care about these animals. Please do not support this breeder if you care about the wellbeing of animals. Sincerely, An animal lover read more

I can NOT speak highly enough of this breeder. I initially got my first MLL 15+ years ago after doing so much research. Kim has extensive knowledge of the breed. Since my first labradoodle Lucy I have gotten 4 others and I have been surrounded by the best love one can have. After finding the best breeder with the most amazing pups - I will not ever get one anywhere else. read more

I am having extreme health issues with my female dog purchased from Manor Lake. There are some serious Health Issues that need to be addressed that I worry could be in the bloodlines of our Australian Labradoodle. Our Pup began to limp and then her front paw began to lose strength. She was diagnosed with Left Carpal Athrodesis. We had to get her front paw fused and a Metal Plate put in the Paw. Then to our sadness her right paw needed the same surgery. Now, her back left paw will need a similar surgery. Each Surgery has been $6,000. So, we are now into $18,000 worth of surgeries repairing her paws. I reached out to Kim, the owner, and she has been extremely standoffish about this situation. I do not want any money whatsoever. I just want to do research and find out if there is any better way of therapy I can give my pup. Kim will not call me to discuss this issue until I send her a copy of my SPAY paperwork. I reach out to this breeder to tell her about the trauma my dog has been going through and she responds....send me the spay paperwork and then we can talk. She will not get on the phone with me. You can imagine the feelings I had after getting this response from Kim. Unacceptable, hurtful, unprofessional- the list goes on. I write this review to give my experience with Manor Lake. I hope your dogs health is not affected like my little girls has been. read more

I would recommend getting insurance for your puppy right away. I purchased my dog from Manor Lake eleven years ago. He is a delight, but has horrible allergies which started when he was somewhere around six year ago. He needs to go to an allergy specialist. They are very booked up and hard to get in to. We give him allergy shots, lots of meds, prescription food, and special medicated shampoo for a weekly bath. The shampoo needs to stay on him for ten minutes and then we put on a medicated leave in conditioner. We have sprays to try to help him. Even with all that, he is far from perfect. I put booties on him sometimes, as he crews up his paws. His skin has a scabby crust in many places that itch. read more

I received Mason from Manor lake after seeing a product from their breading walking with his owner in a retail store in the neighborhood. I was caught by the size and styling of the dog. In the past I have owned both a Labrador and a Standard Poodle. and I swore that i would never buy the combination of the two. The poodle was so intelligent . This breeder has created the ideal dog for my needs. I wanted a non shedding, smart and with the retrieving characteristics for future hunting. At 17 weeks. the dog has exceeded all expectations. He swims and retrieves like a Labrador. he will go all day if possible. The fact that he dose not smell or shed like a lab is fantastic. He is the cutest, loving and desire to please and exceeds all expectations. I cant ask for a better companion. Thank you Manor Lake Labradoodles. read more

I absolutely love my labradoodle from Manor Lake. I have had her for 4 years now and I couldn't imagine my life without her. Growing up I was always allergic to dogs and thought I would never be able to have one in my home. My Australian Labradoodle doesn't trigger any of my allergies and I will be getting all my future dogs from Manor Lake. I'm so lucky to have her in my life and I can't wait to add more to the family. read more

These folks know what they're doing when it comes to dogs. It's so hard finding good breeders. The dogs from Manorlake are cared for very well. I've known them for many years and every dog success story. Plus the dogs are super cute. read more

The home we purchased the puppy from reeked like urine. The dog is adorable and sweet but do not believe what the woman, she is a saleswoman. read more

I think the dogs here are coming from very different circumstances. :( Similar to what has been described, our dog arrived at 6 months old terrified of everything. He acted as though he had never felt grass before and didn't know how to bark or walk on a leash. He has a sweet temperament and has come so far, but is still very very anxious. Makes me very sad to think about. read more

We love getting puppies from Manor lake labradoodles! The staff is so friendly and responsive whenever we have a question which was very nice. More importantly, both dogs we've gotten from them are so well tempered, friendly dogs. We couldn't have asked for two better dogs. We love both of them so much and we would definitely buy a third puppy from Manor Lake Labradoodles! read more

I love my dog from Manor Lake, she is the sweetest most loyal dog I've ever had! The Manor Lake team was easy to work with, I would definitely recommend their dogs to anyone looking for a family pet. I will be returning for a second dog from them. read more

Absolutely love this breeder. We have one gorgeous red medium labradoodle that's about 8 and then we bought his nephew who is 5 years old. They are amazing, smart, affectionate, and almost non shedding. When the time comes, I'll definitely be buying another from here. read more

Do not buy a puppy from this woman! She only cares about selling dogs for money. She didn't provide a pedigree certificate or registration for my puppy. I had to ask for it and then pursue it online myself. The dog was given to me smelling like pee and sent with no blanket or toy. His temperament is sweet, but her service it awful! And I don't trust her at all. There are many other breeders to choose from, I wouldn't buy from her again ever. I tried to talk to her about my concerns and she didn't return my second email or text. read more

I initially rated this breeder a 5 on Facebook. My fur baby is amazing. I love her to pieces. But there are better breeders that provide better customer service. The contract I signed stated I would get alaa papers as well as reimbursement for spay cost. 2.5 years later and I haven't seen anything. I have called and left messages with no response. Email messages go unanswered. I too feel like others who have posted. After I paid in full I worried I had gotten taken for a scam. Once they received my money in full for my pup they stopped answering my emails and calls. I don't recommend their customer service. Also I submitted the initial vet report as per my portion of the contract and the owner called me to yell at me that the vet report was wrong. It wasn't anything major thankfully but wow. The only contact the owner of the company had with me was to tell me the vet report was wrong. I'm still waiting for the ALAA certificate....... read more
