The groomer, Olga, was incredibly knowledgeable about the breed and gave them a perfect trim that suits their playful personality. The facility was spotless, and I was impressed by the safety measures in place. Olga took the time to answer all my questions and made sure the girls were comfortable throughout the process. When I picked them up, all girls looked great but also were very happy and relaxed. I highly recommend Kats and Dawgs Grooming for anyone looking for expert pet care.

Disappointed with the results today, but I still think it is the best and most convenient place to bring your kitty for a haircut in Bellingham.

I will definitely continue to go here. Very affordable for what they offer, as well!

I brush and comb him but I've never had him groomed. I found Krista on the FB Marketplace and decided to make an appointment. This is definitely not the way I would normally find a groomer but I just felt good about the messaging conversation we had, and the pics she posted of other dogs, so the appointment was made. Rowdy is very long and dense so I was pretty nervous. I sent Krista pics of what I liked and didn't like in a cut. I wanted a smooth longer body and a fluffy head with full snout area. Wow, did she ever deliver! I liked Krista immediately with her calm, gentle, friendly demeanor. She gave Rowdy a full body scissor cut. I would highly recommend Krista at Utopia and will be going back for continued grooming. Thank you Krista for a wonderful job!

I said explicitly that we have poor cell reception and that email or landline would be best, but on three different occasions she left cell messages. I emailed and texted three or four times and got no reply. I missed an appointment because I could not reach her to say there was flooding; her phone directed me to the website. Really the problem is that she didn't care to adjust to our communication needs. Beyond that, she was less than professional when I talked to her about this. She said (paraphrased) 'do you know how many emails I get every day'? If she cannot be bothered to figure out how to get in touch with clients, or arrange things so that people can reach her, she needs to reconsider her business setup.
