Disappointing, it seemed under lit, dinghy, and a bit chaotic. Wouldn't go back. They do have a big selection of pet beds and food.

I can't say enough good things about Seon Gyoung and her Moving Dog Spa…read more I would recommend Moving Dog Spa to anyone who considers their dogs overall well-being while getting groomed because Seon Gyoung is incredible! I have an anxious rescue pup who tends to be incredibly shy and anxious with new folks, not to mention people who need to touch him! I've had my dog groomed three times now with Seon Gyoung of Moving Dog Spa and I can say, without hesitation, that she provides incredible care, kindness, skill and love during the entire grooming process. My pup always comes out looking so good and more than that, is calm and happy. I would recommend Moving Dog Spa to anyone who wants their dogs in the care of skilled, kind, compassionate people.

I paid her $178.50 to groom my Maltese. My dog is a year and a half, and her hair had never been cut ever since she was born, and now it will take years for it to grow back after this. Not only did she cut the fur off, the cut itself was so extremely poor, I've had people ask me if I cut it myself. I posted the post-groom pictures on my Maltese group online, and the consensus was this person is not a "master groomer". Every single leg is cut different, her face is different on either side, there are scissor cuts left in the fur all over her body. She did have a top knot before the groom, and I told the groomer that I like to put it in a ponytail every single day, and she cut it so uneven and short that she herself had to put it into two ponytails because it's almost impossible to have it put into one ponytail with how it's cut. And to be clear, I handed over a dog that had ZERO knots or mats in her fur. I combed through her fur with a metal comb less than an hour before the groomer arrived. Completely devastating when I was so specific. Within minutes of meeting the groomer by her van, she told me that my dog was not a purebred (I have papers), that she had a blocked tear duct, and that her hair would never grow long. I brought her to the vet the next day because of course I was worried if she maybe she did have a blocked tear duct. A $90 veterinarian examination fee and five minutes later to be told her eyes are perfectly fine. And then there another $90 for another groom to have this absolutely terrible cut fixed. What a nightmare. If you're looking for a specific cut, while this person identifies as a "master groomer", the cut she gave she might as well be working at Petsmart, which is where most people thought I brought my dog to have her hair done. So in total, I have paid $358 to have my 5 pound dog trimmed. I also wonder if she is even an actual working groomer now. She showed up in a van that was completely smashed up on the side, and when I looked in her van, it looked more like storage than a place where a dog could be groomed. Never again. So ripped off. The first two pictures are right after the groom in the van, and the last picture is the beautiful dog I handed over to her.

This place lost my family's dog…read more They were grooming our two dogs. They are both quite skittish and the groomer should have been aware of this as we had brought them there many times before. For some reason, one of the (now ex-) employees took one of our dogs outside at some point, without his collar on, and he ran away across the parking lot and disappeared. Apparently they tried to chase him but he got away. That employee was then extremely rude to my mother when she came in to find out what happened. The owner, to her credit, fired the negligent employee who let him loose, and was very involved with the efforts to retrieve him (hired a pet searcher, hung posters, drove around searching). We are grateful to her for that. Our pup was (THANKFULLY!) found 2 days later, after being picked up by animal control and brought to SARC. I am torn about this review now because the owner Megan obviously felt horrible and was so relieved when she learned that he was found. However, all of this could have been avoided had that employee acted with a modicum of common sense, and ultimately the responsibility for that does fall on the business owner. People trust you with their pets. To most of us they are family members. To have one of them go lost or missing because someone you trusted let him down is absolutely heartbreaking.

This place not only LOST OUR DOG due to gross negligence, but instead of following him and calling…read moreit in decided to go back to the facility and let the dog get over an hour headstart on any search effort. This is after they decided that chasing the loose, scared dog far away was better than calmly coaxing him. Oh, and taking him outside in the parking lot by the busy street without a collar on. All of this could have been easily avoided by someone with any common sense. The incompetent employee then decided that it was appropriate to give attitude to the owner who was looking for her dog. The dog was found 2 days later by animal control but I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place, and so should you. The dog could easily have died. This is not the first time this has happened. Hopefully they are not given the chance to let it happen again. This establishment has no business looking after anyone's animal. Regarding the owner's friend's review: the fact that they have multiple gates just makes it even more ludicrous that they lost a dog. The dog did not plan an elaborate prison break. This is now the second time they have lost a dog. This was a series of unbelievable screwups followed by a token attempt at retrieval and this place should not be in business.
