Jeremiah contacted me early the next morning and made arrangements to come out at 8 a.m. He and his assistant Moises determined that I had a main line blockage. They cleaned it out, explaining every step of the process. Further, I asked Jeremiah to look at my water heater and see whether it needed to be replaced soon. He gave some recommendations and explained the reasons. Both Jeremiah and Moises were quick, neat, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully on a phone call with a business. Top Notch plumbing…read moresent me two estimates for the same service call. One was nearly twice the other. The first seemed reasonable, the second unreasonable. I called Adrian (the owner) to find out which estimate was correct and he was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He didn't seem at all interested in even understanding, let alone solving, the problem. He literally refused to even have a conversation, he just refused to do the project at all. I really would have liked some actual service to review, but the company refused me service because I dared to ask a question. Unbelievable.

Worse was it was a pipe that drains my kitchen sink! So cooking plans were immediately stopped. I called 10 plumbers and Tim from Bighorn was the only callback. Aggie came out, told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost, and did the job. Second, I got a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. Something that I probably could have taken a couple hours and fixed, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to do it. Aggie came out, took off the disposal, and removed the spoon without having to replace the entire disposal. Lastly, I installed new sinks in my home, and some of the pipes were not long enough to connect with the sink drains. Therefore Aggie came out, assessed the situation, and completed the job in about two hours, saving me hundreds off what other local businesses were quoting me. Above all, every single Aggie Plumbing employee has been so friendly, whether their customer service reps, or their plumbers that visit our house. I recommend Aggie Plumbing for all of your Fort Collins plumbing needs!!
