Worse was it was a pipe that drains my kitchen sink! So cooking plans were immediately stopped. I called 10 plumbers and Tim from Bighorn was the only callback. But lucky or not, he was very knowledgeable and experienced. Both my husband and I were pleased with his congeniality and efficiency while on the job. Assured the work was actually worth 1.5x…read morewhat was done and code compliant, but work done appears to be done by someone non-certified and inexperienced. Overall it's a complete redo and I do not recommend. My mother contracted Uriel to install a gas line for a fireplace. Neither is the work of what was quoted finished as expected, but his knowledge of permits is also incorrect. Upon inspecting my property after the install I noticed: * he installed a temp gas line instead of a hardline going from the main gas line outside into the inside of the home where the fireplace would be installed. This is unacceptable and he should not have started if he did not have the tools required for the job. * the holes he drilled were quite frankly 10x bigger than they needed to be and unfilled. Through the bottom of my deck is now a gaping hole where snakes and chipmunks can get in, and a giant hole in my floor. Yes through my floor not into the wall as I would have expected someone with experience to do. Had I been overseeing I would have immediately asked him to leave. * he put duct tape over the hole in the floor. Not sure of this was for the fireplace to sit on, try to cover up the hole, or keep the temp gas line from moving but it fails on every account. * the fireplace my mom had purchased doesn't work at our altitude, anyone with knowledge of the area would have been able to tell her that (as seen when she went into the local Home Depot who had contracted her out to Uriel and were surprised he hadn't said anything) * Uriel assured my mom no permits are needed. And maybe he got around it with the temp lines. But a quick google search shows this to be inaccurate as any additional gas lines need to be permitted in Drake. * I also do not fell safe with my mom being alone with this man. At the end he made inappropriate comments about wanting a massage. * upon bringing up these concerns Uriel defended his work and offered no return for the damages he caused to my home. Do yourself a favor and find someone with more experience and more reviews.

We found a leak under our kitchen sink and called paradigm plumbing services llc. They charged us…read more$69 to tell us that the sink was indeed leaking (gee, thanks!) and they said we should replace our garbage disposal (it never gave us any problems but ok). I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, "I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford." Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware! The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a "master plumber." By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

This is one of the most horrific experiences I've ever had with a plumbing company. I had Ken…read morevisiting twice on resolving an issue with my sprinkler system. The problem started when we heard a loud bang whenever the sprinkler system was activated. So, I did some extensive research and was advised it was a classic example of needing a water hammer arrestor installed. NOTE: Something I should emphasize is that this only occurred once, when the system was activated. Anyway, before he even started, I advised him of my research on his first visit. He seemed to be considerate, but advised that he was a master plumber, so I of course listened to his recommendations. He decided that since there was some pipes in the basement that weren't strapped down, that could be the problem. The cost of that was $234.00. No problem, because he advised that a water hammer arrestor would cost around $400.00. Since that didn't work, on his second visit, he advised that the pressure reducing valve would be most likely be the issue. I allowed him to install that, because again, I'm relying on a master plumber to fix the problem. That didn't cure the problem either. NOTE: And by the way, on his second visit, he mentioned the water hammer arrestor would now cost $500.00 if the pressure reducing valve didn't work. After allowing him twice to fix the problem, I decided that was plenty enough chances. I was charged an additional $700.00+ (plus a 10% or higher tip which he stuck in my face, while claiming it wasn't something I was obligated to include) and the problem still wasn't repaired. My thoughts were that this guy is trying to bleed us for the greatest amount of money he could scam us out of. So let's get this straight: I've paid this company a $1000.00+ and I'm right where I started! Anyway, I hired another company and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They installed the water hammer arrestor and there hasn't been a problem since. Never again will I accept a guessing fix twice from someone who supposedly knows what they're doing. I'm not a financier for someone's else's guessing games. I've done lots of guessing doing some of my own repairs, but it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. With EasyBreezyPlumbing, you're in charge of footing the bill! Never, Ever Again! NOTE AGAIN: If you've ever had any type of dealings with Applewood Plumbing, then you're going to realize their business model is similar. It means to replace everything they can charge you with, instead of what you asked them to REPAIR!
