I waited 20 minutes, second guy called and set appointment for following afternoon at 1 pm. The next day, 1 pm came and no one showed up, and no one called to say they were late or delayed. At 2:15, I called the office and a woman said she had no ticket or appointment on their schedule for someone to see me. Another guy called me back a half hour later and said he thought the appointment was for the next day. No thank you, I said, you guys are clearly confused, unreliable and unable to communicate with your customers. So I said don't come, I'll find a better, more reliable company to check my furnace.
