I had him move my range outlet from the floor to the wall and also check out a two way light switch in my stairwell to the basement where one switch wasn't working properly. Hector was prompt to arrive at our scheduled appointment time! He was very kind and courteous. He did the work quickly and efficiently and for an extremely reasonable cost compared to some other companies! I was very pleased by his work and price that I have scheduled him to come out in January to add a ceiling fan, replace a ceiling fan and replace multiple light fixtures throughout the house and add an additional wireless light switch in my basement. After a recommendation from a handyman friend who's utilized this company before, I gave them a call. They were able to send someone immediately even though it was a last minute, early morning request. The gentleman went through the building and decided which spot to tackle the issue from, then came back with the discovery that it was our grease trap that was causing the blockage. We got that cleaned out and unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved. I gave them a call the day after the trap was cleaned and let them know they hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly (although the grease trap definitely needed a good clean, so I am grateful to him for pointing that out), so they sent out one of the supervisors who arrived less than an hour after I placed the call, and discovered half a mop (How? Seriously, how??) that was causing the blockage. Since then, we've had zero issues and they'll be my go-to if we ever have any future problems.
