He fixed the shower and replaced our 40 year old toilet with a modern water efficient Toto for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did a great job. We had an undermount kitchen sink installed and needed the garbage disposal and pvc installed. I don't enjoy spending time under the sink so I thought we'd pay a plumber to take care of it. Flatirons quoted us $1300. I paid less than $50 for a new flange, pvc pieces, some putty, etc. and installed it in less than an hour. I don't know how they can justify their pricing. They were prompt and professional, but do yourself a favor and line up a couple different quotes because this one was offensive.

It was about 10pm MST when they called. I happened across these guys while reading a negative review on another company. I would rather give a small company a chance to earn my business than a big one with so many negative reviews. The tech Jason arrived when he said he would and Heidi the dispatcher kept me up to date as well with the cost of the job before proceeding with the work. For the people who complain about what they charge after finding out the part was a lot cheaper. These people are like any small business, yes the parts are cheaper and you could have gone out bought them yourself. These people are in business to make money, NOT show you how to do it so you can save some money. Now I'm not saying it's ok to take advantage of people and there are plenty of companies that do. These are not one of them. I will continue to use them in the future, unless they give me a reason not too.
