I hired them for a new disposal a year ago, and have found them to be great. It's nice to have a plumber you know and can have a relationship with rather than just whatever tech shows up from most other companies.

POSSIBLY THE MOST HONEST AND SKILLED MASTER PLUMBER YOU WILL EVER FIND…read more After our 11 year old dishwasher sprang a leak and destroyed our kitchen flooring, I had to make an emergency purchase to replace it - right before Christmas. When the big box store sent out their non-English speaking crew to deliver and install our new dishwasher, they did me a huge favor. It was the end of the day (Saturday night at 8:00), and they found the excuse they were looking for to call it a day and leave without completing the installation. The next Monday, I began calling around and was quickly reminded of how badly the big plumbing companies like to gouge consumers like myself. To make matters worse, they are not all sending out licensed plumbers, but they will charge 3x-4x the price of any smaller independent company with licensed, Master Plumbers. Thankfully, I found Bella T's. Justin was able to squeeze me in the same day, without any upcharge for doing so. He came to the house on-time as scheduled, and immediately got to work removing the old unit and installing the new. In the process of doing so, he pointed out some serious issues that he saw with the PVC drains below our sink and made a good recommendation for fixing. There is no way on earth that the Home Depot crew would have caught this, and there is also no way they would have taken the time to properly install the new dishwasher with the same level of care and diligence that Justin showed. I will definitely be calling him back to do that work he recommended, because he explained it in clear English - and I now understand why I have gone through three garbage disposals in less than seven years. He also recommended that I get a leak detector for beneath the new dishwasher to prevent a similar mishap in the future - something I wasn't even aware existed. Here's the real deal, though - he knew I was in a bind, and could have tried to take advantage of me but didn't. In fact, when I asked him about payment by credit card vs cash and offered to pay a service charge for credit card payment since I was strapped for the latter, he refused to take it, pointing out that he finds it unethical for other companies to do so. In today's world, where greed seems to rule the day, it is so refreshing to find someone who keeps his word, takes tremendous pride in his work, and charges a fair but extremely competitive price for his services. I would never consider using anyone else after my experience with Justin.

Bella's was very easy to work with and all of their pricing is listed on the website. No annoying salesmanship or BS. I did some shopping around and I can confirm there's no better value than Bella T's. Justin did all the work himself in a single day (including removal of the old water heater and all the repiping and venting) and did a really great job! The new water heater looks awesome and he answered questions and explained it all before. I had him knock out a few other smaller projects as well and I was surprised he got to it all in one day! Finally, Justin is extremely knowledgeable/skilled and a great dude overall. Bella T's is the epitome of the local "mom and pop" company doing honest quality work for a fair price. I am definitely calling Bella T's for all future plumbing/water heater work!

"Owner/Master Plumber" Lopez:…read more Please accept my apologies for not getting this review posted sooner. Sadly, it appears we are headed to (binding) arbitration with American Home Shield (AHS), which refuses to accept responsibility for its repeated failure(s) - on three (3) separate occasions and contrary to its ("AHS Home Protection Plan") -- to dispatch ("competent") plumbers to "diagnose and repair" what was causing the "gurgling sound" and "sewer smell" coming from our kitchen sink. Potential Customers of Mr. Daniel Lopez, and his company, Drip Fix Plumbing: As people expect from all military veterans, Mr. Lopez, a former U.S. Marine -- after normal business hours, and on an "emergency basis " (on Saturday, March 28, 2026) -- "distinguished" himself, "above and beyond the call of duty," as a true "Master Plumber." Where none of the previous (incompetent) plumbers, dispatched by AHS, were able to figure out what was causing the problems with our kitchen sink, Mr. Lopez -- entirely by himself -- worked tirelessly into the evening, "trouble-shooting" everything, until he discovered that the "gurgling sound," "sewer smell," and flooding of our unit were all caused by an Air Admittance Valve (AAV) which finally failed on Saturday, March 28, 2026; causing substantial flood damage to our condo unit's flooring. Because Master Plumber Lopez was our "hero" that day, I (hereby) submit the following recognition language (often used by the USN and USMC when awarding someone a "Meritorious Service Medal"): "For outstanding meritorious service as a Master Plumber and owner of Drip Fix Plumbing on March 28, 2026." "Master Plumber Lopez's insight, ingenuity, tenacity, and selfless dedication to duty reflected great credit on him and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service." Respectfully, Derek W. Cole LCDR, JAGC, USN (Ret. Dis.)

Exceptional Plumbing Work - On Time & On Budget…read more My husband and I recently hired Brandon and Avery to install a bathtub drain and shower head, and we couldn't be more pleased. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly, and even handled an unexpected complication with ease--still finishing exactly as promised. Avery explained the work in simple terms, answered all our questions, and offered helpful advice on a few unrelated concerns. Both were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. After comparing several quotes, theirs stood out as fair and confident. It's easy to see why they're so highly rated--we'll definitely be calling them again.

This is one of the most horrific experiences I've ever had with a plumbing company. I had Ken…read morevisiting twice on resolving an issue with my sprinkler system. The problem started when we heard a loud bang whenever the sprinkler system was activated. So, I did some extensive research and was advised it was a classic example of needing a water hammer arrestor installed. NOTE: Something I should emphasize is that this only occurred once, when the system was activated. Anyway, before he even started, I advised him of my research on his first visit. He seemed to be considerate, but advised that he was a master plumber, so I of course listened to his recommendations. He decided that since there was some pipes in the basement that weren't strapped down, that could be the problem. The cost of that was $234.00. No problem, because he advised that a water hammer arrestor would cost around $400.00. Since that didn't work, on his second visit, he advised that the pressure reducing valve would be most likely be the issue. I allowed him to install that, because again, I'm relying on a master plumber to fix the problem. That didn't cure the problem either. NOTE: And by the way, on his second visit, he mentioned the water hammer arrestor would now cost $500.00 if the pressure reducing valve didn't work. After allowing him twice to fix the problem, I decided that was plenty enough chances. I was charged an additional $700.00+ (plus a 10% or higher tip which he stuck in my face, while claiming it wasn't something I was obligated to include) and the problem still wasn't repaired. My thoughts were that this guy is trying to bleed us for the greatest amount of money he could scam us out of. So let's get this straight: I've paid this company a $1000.00+ and I'm right where I started! Anyway, I hired another company and they diagnosed the problem immediately. They installed the water hammer arrestor and there hasn't been a problem since. Never again will I accept a guessing fix twice from someone who supposedly knows what they're doing. I'm not a financier for someone's else's guessing games. I've done lots of guessing doing some of my own repairs, but it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. With EasyBreezyPlumbing, you're in charge of footing the bill! Never, Ever Again! NOTE AGAIN: If you've ever had any type of dealings with Applewood Plumbing, then you're going to realize their business model is similar. It means to replace everything they can charge you with, instead of what you asked them to REPAIR!
