I work in a very old building in Fort Collins, and we were having issues with water backing up in…read moreevery single floor drain. After a recommendation from a handyman friend who's utilized this company before, I gave them a call. They were able to send someone immediately even though it was a last minute, early morning request. The gentleman went through the building and decided which spot to tackle the issue from, then came back with the discovery that it was our grease trap that was causing the blockage. We got that cleaned out and unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved. I gave them a call the day after the trap was cleaned and let them know they hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly (although the grease trap definitely needed a good clean, so I am grateful to him for pointing that out), so they sent out one of the supervisors who arrived less than an hour after I placed the call, and discovered half a mop (How? Seriously, how??) that was causing the blockage. Since then, we've had zero issues and they'll be my go-to if we ever have any future problems. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.
