You just have to be able to say no and not feel bad about it, they won't make you feel bad about saying no either, at least not in my experience. Facility is clean and they always understood our apprehension about not being able to set the pup down until all of his vaccinations were complete, and ensured us they had the room and area cleaned before we could set him down, which was a huge relief. Our puppy always seemed to be excited to see their technicians and vets, so to me, that's a good sign. We have not yet had the chance to check out the pet hotel/resort as our pup is not neutered yet, which is one of the requirements, so that's still TBD.

One downside was that the facility was closed on Easter Sunday. I wish there had been an option to pick him up that day when I returned from my trip. During pickup, my experience at the front desk wasn't great. The staff member was speaking very loudly the entire time (possibly due to the barking in the background), but it came across as dismissive. There wasn't much eye contact or friendliness, which made the interaction feel impersonal. I also would have appreciated a quick update or report on how my dog did during his stay, as that would have added peace of mind. Overall, my dog seemed well cared for, but the customer service and communication could definitely be improved.
