Everything was delivered and set up on the dates that was promised, any issues we had after moving in were promptly addressed and my favorite part is I never called the main office. If I needed anything or had questions I had Stans direct cell phone number. I called or texted him directly and he promptly answered me back. They packed up and moved out old house and had the new one in on the same day. This is a great company to deal with even after we completed the sale. Stan has called me twice now in a 3 month period just to make sure we are doing ok, making sure we were enjoying our new home and if we needed anything from him. I will always refer Stan and mobile homes for less to anyone looking for a new home.

My mom became seriously ill in 2020 and cannot live alone. In order to have her retain dignity and…read moresome sort of independence, she wanted to buy a tiny home or trailer to put at our farm. She found this two bedroom small, used mobile home at Kabco. It was a 2009 buy-back, furnished. While discussing the purchase, she dealt with Travis who was nice enough to text me and answer every question, was never pushy, was very in tune to our situation, and worked with every request we had. He even went out and videoed a walk-through of the entire home and sent it to us so she wouldn't have to go in. She was concerned about several things and pointed them out. He said they would all be fixed and replaced at no extra cost. Also, upon moving in and getting it all hooked up, if anything else was discovered, it would be fixed as well. She bought it during the week and it was delivered and set up by Friday! While doing the paperwork, everything was explained well, no surprises, and her photo was taken welcoming her to the Kabco family. I truly feel like these people are a part of our family now. They were the best I've ever dealt with! I would definitely buy from them again as they are extremely trustworthy, a family run business, with photos of the beautiful grandkids all over the office. Any message sent at any time of the day or night was immediately answered. You just don't find people like them anymore!!!!

This new home purchase from Palm Harbor, Cavco builders, Fleetwood model. Oh Crystal and Francisco…read morewere extremely great during the purchase process. Sign the papers and they are done with you. Our home took forever for delivery although we were told it was on their lot. Once delivered, it sat waiting on hook ups, so many repairs to be done, still waiting. Our underground water pipe came apart and our repairs & water bill from leak was $2,000. We were told by inspector Cody he would never had passed the inspection. There is a "employee " of Cavco and Palm Harbor that he will pickup all the trash for $1,000, he wired 1/2 day & came back months later with his teenage daughter wearing flip flops & his fiancé. He had taken so long, he said he couldn't move the trash then after 10 minutes his daughter stepped on a nail which he supposedly had to get her a tetanus shot. He never came back. His name is Kris & either Hispanic or of Eastern European. Don't give him any money. Also PH, Cavco, all pass the ball or in my case the bucks! I am so sorry I ever made this purchase. Also they are using a 2003 NEC code book for electrical wiring. Our regular electrical consultant said our house is dangerous to even live in.
