He didn't at one time try to push me over the edge on what I didn't want to spend. He was very well mannered, very professional. I am a major tight wad, I don't drop my cash that easy, and when spending anything, I am tuff to deal with. I have heavy extensive sales, in a high volume fast paced environment, so at times I am naturally aggressive. This is my nature, I mean well. This sales person, JT. dealt with this all in stride. he was very honest, straight forward and to the point. A real straight shooter. The other times I had to call in to the center, to ask questions, I felt everyone in this center was well versed, very well educated in their product they were selling. I found them all to be very honest and straight shooters, especially, my sales person JT. I am a very straight forward to the point person. They , this center was very accommodating. I also found the sale manger, GM scott salter, very accommodating every step of the way. I am a great world class complainer, I know how to bring it on the complaints. I actually was a happy camper dealing with JT & this center. I really don't' have anything at this point to complain about. However, I will come back here and give you a review on how the rest of my process goes, the set up, delivery, the rest of the services go.. Maybe I will have something here to complain about then. Go check out this center, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I did compare Palm harbors with the other dealers down the street. I found PH is the better one. Everything was delivered and set up on the dates that was promised, any issues we had after moving in were promptly addressed and my favorite part is I never called the main office. If I needed anything or had questions I had Stans direct cell phone number. I called or texted him directly and he promptly answered me back. They packed up and moved out old house and had the new one in on the same day. This is a great company to deal with even after we completed the sale. Stan has called me twice now in a 3 month period just to make sure we are doing ok, making sure we were enjoying our new home and if we needed anything from him. I will always refer Stan and mobile homes for less to anyone looking for a new home.

And based on that, will be who we eventually buy from. Needless to say, we have not bought from them and after our experience we will never go back. We came today to view homes. It was my husband and I's 3rd stop today and it was the worst experience I could ever imagine having. I had just left Clayton homes feeling excited and having a fun time looking and shopping around only to get there and have my entire home buying experience ruined by this place. We worked with Chase Greenville and the first thing he did was ask us a million questions and confuse me to high heaven with the numbers around buying a home. He was talking about paying on a 60k home for 25 years at like 600/mo. (Side note my BIL just bought a home for that same amount and is going to have it paid in roughly 7 years or less). So immediately I knew the math was not mathing. Then after telling him the models I wanted to see, he basically pigeon holed us into a select number of single wide trailers based on "what we could afford" based on the amount I said I wanted to pay (not what I could afford). So he could have easily sold me on a higher priced home but missed out by trying to talk numbers with me after I already told him I wanted to do that with my bank. I never even got to see the homes I originally went there to see. Plus there were no lights so we were viewing the homes in the dark. Additionally they make you sign a waiver when viewing the homes because the stairs getting in are so rickety and wobbling I am sure it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Anyways - don't waste your time with these people. The reviews are absolutely true
