When I finally got a response from the guy that was in charge of the job, he was very unprofessional and denied anything being done wrong. I requested him to come inspect it himself. Response I received was negative. He did not inspect the entire job as he should have and we trusted that the work was done as agreed upon. Now I have no option but to pursue in court.

I called my home warranty around noon on a Saturday because my A/C was leaking from my second story to my first. My husband and I told them it was an emergency. The warranty people sent us to Lone Star. We were told via email that we would be contacted by Lone Star within 4 hours to schedule our appointment. We called the warranty people back two mores times on Saturday and we told not to worry that someone would be coming out that day. We also called Lone Star several times and left messages on both the regular voicemail and the emergency line. Not only were we never contacted by Lone Star, but no one showed up! I received a phone call Monday evening after my A/C emergency was fixed by someone else.
