Last March 2024, during an especially windy day a country club's tree came down and whacked the rear of my house, starting from the highest roof, ripping down wires and landed on my detached garage where it sat until PECO could make it safe. I initially gave the go ahead for my insurer, who I'll call SF, to send out a contractor to assess the damage. Well someone came out, slapped a tarp on the hole in the garage, but seemed dismissive of the house damage. And then I heard nothing for the longest time. So, getting concerned I called Impriano to get their opinion, as is my right, since I had a good experience with them 13 years ago with a new roof. Jack Impriano came out and did a very thorough inspection finding a lot more damage than SF's contractor did, including a split rafter in the garage roof. He looked at the plan for repair that the adjuster had drawn up finding it completely inadequate, so he drew up his own. He basically worked directly with the adjuster, all while updating me about what was going on. There were many problems such as the SF contractor sending the wrong information to SF that led them to believe the work was complete when nothing was repaired. The contractors invoice included pictures that wasn't even my property. Jack Impriano handled everything, everything is repaired/replaced, their crew came out in the most inhospitable weather and did an excellent job. You could tell how well done my 13 year old roof was when shingles were removed. It's amazing how nice our new roof and siding looks. It's peace of mind working with a company that takes pride in their work, and there's good reason they've been around for so long. I didn't realize they also handle windows which is on my to do list. I don't think I would trust anyone else. Thank you Jack and Ed and the rest of your hard working crew, including the office, you guys were great, can't thank you enough.

During a heavy windstorm five days before Christmas, a six-foot strip of aluminum flashing was dislodged from the roof of my house. Bill responded on the same day that I messaged him to request an on-site estimate to repair or replace the capping strip. The next day, he came to the house twice--first while my wife and I had made a brief run to the grocery store, when he quickly assessed the situation and called me with his proposed solution, and he returned shortly thereafter. Unlike other better known (and highly marketed) companies that insisted that the strip was not repairable and would need to be replaced with a custom-made new piece to be installed on a separate appointment date, Bill was able to restore the piece to its original shape and secure it in place--all in less than an hour. In his work, Bill is honest, professional and incredibly reasonable. He literally saved me at least $400 for the bare minimum replacement cost proposed by other companies and just about double that if I had agreed to the "better" option of replacing additional stretches of flashing.
