Thankfully, a wonderful woman picked up our call, quoted us a very fair $200, and had a tow truck at our location within 30 minutes. From start to finish, the whole process took about an hour and a half -- super fast and very organized. Huge thanks for such quick and reliable service. They truly turned a stressful evening into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

I have to say how impressed I am with this towing service!…read moreWe have all been there, we get a flat tire, and in the midst of trying to call a tire shop on a Saturday morning that carries the very specific tires that my car requires, and has the ability to install them plus trying to find a tow truck at the same time to get my car can be tricky! Valadez Towing called me back in less than five minutes and was able to arrange a time to pick up my car which leaves plenty of time to get it to the tire shop for the one installation appointment they have left today. And the prices are so fair and reasonable! I had other companies calling me an hour or hour and a half later, and wanting to charge crazy prices for a tow that's a little less than 5 miles. Not to mention, Melissa, provided excellent service, communicates well, and gave me a nice narrow window time of when to expect the driver! AAA couldn't even guarantee me what time they could get to my car, and the other places that called me back either sounded super shady and could barely speak, or wanted to charge ridiculous prices . So glad I found Melissa , Jose and the Valadez towing company!

The price I paid for the part and the labor was very reasonable, especially for two trips to my home.

He was mid-job with another customer and genuinely tried to call around to help us before coming himself. When he showed up, he was fast, fairly priced, and thorough: made sure the spare had air, checked the rest of our tires, gave helpful tips, and told us to call anytime we need anything. Fun fact, he carries additional tires for people without spares, and other tow companies call HIM as backup for tires that won't budge - ours would've fallen into that category for sure if another company had come first. The kicker: he texted us later to make sure we got home safe, even though he'd been awake 24 hours. That's character. Highly recommend.
