Once I called regarding some mouse droppings I found in the unit (which Google says is quite common and unavailable) and I was really upset, and she told me how they would do everything they could to help and what I could do to improve the situation. She handled it wonderfully. Every time I called, Nieashia was friendly and awesome. So, a huge thanks for Nieashia! And I really appreciated Michelle T's friendly monthly calls to remind me to make a payment to avoid late fees. Michelle once helped us financially in a huge way.
