They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!

This truck rental was great. My fiancée and I just moved back from Columbia, SC and we were having…read moreproblems with unloading the truck on the time frame given and I called up to ask for an extension. I then spoke with the gentleman named Mike on the phone, and the guy was friendly and professional the whole time. I showed up with my truck and tow carrier the day it was due and he helped me remove the carrier I told him we weren't finished unloading the truck all the way. He said that it was no problem if I needed it a few more hours to just keep it. Well I thought to myself man I am going to get killed on late fee charges. Wound up keeping the truck until 10 a.m. the next morning expecting a huge bill. Walked in Mike greeted me again and I told him I was sorry about keeping the truck so late. He said no worries, walked out to inspect the truck real quick. I waited maybe a minute and he was back in said he finalized my paperwork and told me I could go. I questioned him saying shouldn't there be an additional fee and he goes no we are good. I was so pleased with this service. I highly recommend this rental place to any and all. They are quick and know what they are doing and are genuinely helpful especially after the treatment I received from uhaul and our moving company. I was in the area doing some grocery shopping and had some Amazon returns that were starting to…read morepile up. I stopped into this location which was a lot brighter, cleaner and had more cheerful staff than the location I normally frequent. A staff member was quick to help me, her name was Mary. She showed me how to do my Amazon returns and even gave me a mailer to use when I forgot my own packaging (there was a small fee for this that I happened to have cash for). I would definitely go back to this location! It can get busy but there was a good traffic flow and most people were in and out. Parking lot can be a nightmare so exercise patience!
