I'll be there for the appointment. Sent out a gentleman named Ethan, who was very nice. The problem started when I couldn't get a quote from Ethan. His email didn't work, the attachments didn't work and nobody was getting back to me. Finally got Ethan to send me a quote in a proper format that worked. There were no details on the quote so I asked him for some clarifications. Once again, I couldn't get him via email. Couldn't get them via the phone or text. Reached back out to receptionist got nothing back. Her email didn't work. If a company can't do basics like email and follow up how the heck are they going to manage a project for a homeowner? I was ready to spend $20,000 with these people, but they obviously don't need my money. They do need a proper email service and they do need employees who are responsive.
