It's close by to TCU, so we ran into a lot of students needing a some caffeine boost. We were lucky to find street parking right in front of the shop. I can imagine how hard it would be to find parking during busy rush hour. I like their line up of condensed milk behind the counter- that's how you know they are not joking around. My iced Vietnamese coffee was creamy and not too sweet with a strong coffee taste. Some Vietnamese coffee are too strong and make me feel queasy, but not this coffee! I wish it was close by. This shop is so cute and the perfect place to open up a laptop to get work done. I'll be back if I'm on this side of town again.

I was a fan of their interior decor and aesthetics. The staff welcomed us with a smile. Everyone from the young man that took my order and the barista who made my drink appeared to be patient, welcoming and understanding. I was hoping my little one would be mellow but he definitely had other plans. Even if the staff were annoyed or bothered, I didn't sense an inkling of either of which honestly helped because I was embarrassed. Thank you guys so much for appearing mellow, understanding, non-judgmental and unbothered by my little ones' tantrums. I ordered their S'MORES Latte, and it was so good, since I was able to taste both the sweetness and espresso, which I love. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take more aesthetically looking pictures of my drink. It looked so pretty, just like their Instagram pictures. 5/5.There are some parking spots in front of their building as well as a lot of street parking available, and we stopped by on a weekday. I'll definitely be going back some more. Hehe he. But on a serious note, if all of you haven't stopped by, I highly recommend you do.

You can sit outside and enjoy the scenery while watching people walking, running, and riding their bikes along the trails. It's the perfect spot to grab breakfast after a workout! Parking can be a little difficult to find since so many people come to the area to exercise, but honestly, that's a small downside compared to everything else this place has to offer. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are nice and clean as well. They also allow pets in the outdoor seating area, which is a great bonus for pet owners! The food was amazing, and the portions and prices were very reasonable. I also love that they offer healthy options, so there's something for everyone. Overall, such a great place for breakfast, especially if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, good food, and a nice outdoor setting. Definitely worth checking out!

The quiche tasted great, but the portion was incredibly disappointing. At $22 for a single slice, it just didn't feel worth the price. We considered ordering another slice but decided against it. Even after sharing both dishes, we left still a little hungry. The portion sizes just didn't match the prices. We also ordered a mimosa carafe for $35, with mimosas 11+ a glass it just seemed to be the better option. We opted for the patio this time, and with the overcast morning, it made for a really pleasant experience. There was plenty of outdoor seating and nice views, which was definitely a highlight. The service was a bit odd. Our server seemed rushed and hovered over us at times, but then disappeared when we actually needed something. It felt inconsistent and made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, the food tasted good, and the outdoor seating is lovely, but the value just isn't there for me. Great atmosphere, but the pricing doesn't match the portion sizes.

The front area house the coffee shop and the back is a kind of dimly lit bar area for when it transitions into a club I think? We were there about two to three hours and my number one note (besides how dark it was) was the odd music choice they played strictly Disney songs almost the entire time. There were no children in there so it was just kind of odd, and annoying. For the coffee, I was pretty disappointed it just had lots of cinnamon, it didn't really taste like cinnamon and wasn't all that sweet. I was interested in visiting after seeing the airport location and hearing rave reviews but I'd just stop on my next flight to give them another shot and wouldn't come back here.

Now, onto the coffee I was able to get the seasonal blueberry crisp latte with their sweetened signature , moon milk. This had a strong blueberry flavor, but not artificial it was nice and natural, and it was perfectly sweet for me. I also want to note one thing I really enjoyed about this syrup, or the flavoring was that it was sieved or concentrated, sometimes when you're making a syrup at home, you get bits of blueberry throughout it and while I don't mind those this made for a nice smooth, drink with no chunks coming up in my straw. The nice thing about the moon milk is you can get it in levels for instance 'half moon' which would be about 50% sweet. The staff was attentive, and got my order out quickly.
