All of the night crew are friendly here regardless of how late it is. The coffee is always pumping and hot, my parents enjoyed it. We sat for a few minutes and the tables were clean. Their iced coffee is spectacular, it has the perfect sweetness. They also sell smoothies, milk, tea, and canned drinks. Instead of helping us, they were standing around chatting with each other. Mateo told us the packing tape was all the way on the back wall of the store. We walked all the way back there only to find out the packing tape was actually in the stationery department, just a few aisles from where we had originally asked. It felt like we were intentionally misdirected because he didn't want to take the time to help. That's not the level of customer service shoppers should expect. Management should address this behavior. Associates should be helping customers find products accurately instead of sending them across the store for no reason. This experience wasted our time and left a very negative impression.
